For our one night stopover in Elko, we wanted a good dinner. Luciano’s was recommended by a local & it didn’t disappoint. Our server was pleasant & our food was delicious. My hubby had the Spagetti & Meatballs & I had the Luciano’s Aglio E Olio. Both came with bread, olive oil & balsamic AND a small caesar salad. Prices were decent.

Wow, great place! George was our server and he was just fabulous!!! We had the crab cakes which were the best. My medallions and risotto was fabulous. My husband’s shrimp was over cooked!!

Been goin to luciano’s for years, but last nights valentines day dinner was probably the last straw for how downhill the place has gotten. Had a reservation and still waited over an hour and a half and never even seen an appetizer. Ended up leaving and getting something from raleys(real romantic i know). Kept being told it would only be a little longer, but the couple next to us ended up leaving after having to wait 2 hours and not seeing their food. We even ordered the special and never saw anything other than the bread. Drinks were comped but on a special day like today, they need to be prepared especially for reservations.

Had an amazing time for my husband‘s birthday. Made a reservation for 7:30 and was seated quickly. The place was full with a large party of 25. We enjoyed the Espresso martini and the BLT (bourbon,lemon,tonic) for drinks. Our appetizer was the Caprese salad with avocado however there were no basil leaves in the salad( still good, just noted) however, there was no basil leaves. The the small Caesar salad and fresh bread was good. For our main the STAR was the Luciano‘s Wagyu Beef burger and cross cut fries!!!10/10 the other was Luciano’s pasta with capers,tomatoes,spinach and more. Very good as well. Dessert was an order of vanilla gelato and Lava Cake. Very very good. Highly recommend

Wow! This is about some of the best Italian food I’ve had anywhere and can’t believe it can be found in a town like Elko. Seriously, my wife and I typically have Basque or dine at some of the other popular establishments in town whenever we’re passing through the area but on our most recent visit, we decided to change things up and boy am I ever glad we did. My wife had the Pappardelle Chicken With Garlic and me their Alfredo with Chicken and both were served in very large bowls and filled to the point where we couldn’t finish our meals and believe me, we tried – they were that good. We also ordered up their cream brulee for desert and it was not only prepared well, it was super tasty too. And, if you’re anything like us and enjoy dining at a bar, they have a very nice one and have a good selection of bourbons including one of our favorites, Frey Ranch. Of course, if you’re a true Northern Nevada and enjoy a good picon punch, they can even make you one of them as well. Service here is very friendly and the overall feel of the place is warm and inviting. Parking can be found in a small parking lot adjacent to the building and more can be found along the street. Even though we came on a Monday evening, we found it to still be quite busy or at least, up until about 8pm. Just something to take into consideration. That said, I would highly recommend dining at this establishment.

Visited again and the service was bit underwhelming. It was busy so we chock a bit of it up to being understaffed. The food quality has declined a bit. Less passion and more just filling orders. Definitely a nice place for Italian food but it used to be better. We’ll come back again and see how it is.

Ordered a burger for lunch and it’s raw. If you can’t cook it right, don’t put it on the menu. Won’t be going back. It overpriced too!

I couldn’t believe the cuisine. Stopping in Elko for the night and discovered this gem. Authentic, from scratch Italian food. You must come and check it out. Full bar, great pasta, the clams in wine sauce was divine. Ambiance, service, food. Worth every penny!

The service was impeccable. The staff was so friendly and I enjoyed watching them all work well together for the sake of customer service and everyone was helping everyone, which made service fast and efficient. The drinks were perfectly made and the food was delicious. I recommend this place for sure. My favorite restaurant in Elko!
