Just went to Lucho for the first time and wow… this place is great. The location is perfect; easy to get to but still feels like you stumbled on a little hidden gem. Inside, the aesthetic is spot on: it’s got this mix of cute and fancy, but it never feels pretentious. You can go casual and feel at home, or dress up a bit and still fit right in.
The vibe is what got me… cozy, and just instantly makes you feel good being there. The staff really add to that too, super friendly and attentive without hovering.
Now the food and drinks… seriously on another level. Everything we tried was fresh and packed with flavor, but I have to mention the tequila selection—it’s very broad. You can tell they put a lot of care into it, and it makes grabbing a drink feel like part of the experience, not just an afterthought.
By the end of the night, we were already talking about what we’d order next time. Lucho just has that balance of great location, beautiful atmosphere, amazing service, and food and drinks that keep you coming back. This one’s definitely going to be a regular spot for us.

The interior designing was really nice, and I enjoyed looking at everything BUT it seemed like the lady who took our orders seemed to be in a rush even though the entire place was empty. It felt like she was trying to get us out of the way.
Not only did she forget my friends order, she was charged twice.
The tiramisu they ordered was NOT tiramisu, that was churros covered in alcohol and regular cream.
My burrito tasted like they didn’t even season it with pepper, the meat was the only good part about it.
Im not sure if the coffee base is supposed to be super strong but it overpowered any other flavor that was supposed to be in it, very disappointing.

We love this place. We’ve tried the tacos, burritos, and the salads. All very good. The guacamole is fresh and the queso is excellent. We also really love their classic lime margaritas. It’s super casual and approachable, & every time the service has been good, & the staff have been welcoming and talkative. Great job Lucho

Lucho is a nice lunch and dinner spot for quick service, yet nicely presented and prepared meals. Nestled inside The Arcade building complex, this used to be the coffeehouse called “Gather”. The decor and mood is lovely and I was impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

I visited Lucho for my first time yesterday and was very impressed! This place has seating both indoors and outdoors, as well as a few tables in the rotunda of the Dayton Arcade. The atmosphere is both classy and stylish, but also laid back. I tried the chips and queso as well as the tiramisu. I also had an espresso martini. Everything was delicious, and the staff, Maddie and Lauren, were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be coming back to this little hidden gem of the “Gem City”!

Food is delicious and priced similarly to other Mexican fast casual spots. The coffee and cocktails are both creative and delicious. Service is great! Definitely going to return.

Underwhelming for the price. The food wasn’t bad, but it lacked a lot of flavor. For 5 dollars per taco, I expect them to at least be very flavorful or at least not using small tortillas.
Fairly good coffee.
