Whenever I’m traveling up US-93 I always try to stop for a quick bite! Their outdoor seating is great, koi pond and peacocks!

Nice place ‘all things considered.’ If you want to stop between the long drive between Vegas and Phoenix, this one of very few choices. The food was OK… nothing special but the place is in the middle of nowhere. Really friendly service and a great spot to rest and stretch your legs in their backyard.

Grateful they exist. I wouldn’t return however.
Kind people, kind service, clean bathroom, food was very mediocre. Too much oil, limited menu, if you’re considering .. I think I would just stop for a pie and or coffee/ tea.

The service and the pie were excellent! What a cute and charming spot that was unexpected. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking. If you like pie, you have to make a stop.

Great diner experience… went for a BLT followed by apple pie. Clearly a long standing restaurant for surrounding community and those on the road between Las Vegas and Phoenix. Beautiful art jewellery and handicrafts on display and for purchase.

Wonderful place! Great lunch options. The black walnut pie is exquisite. My husband, who is generally picky, loved the pecan pie. Honey seems of good quality. Multiple varieties are available and price is reasonable. The shop has a lot to offer. Staff is relaxed, yet efficient. They contribute to creating a warm and homey atmosphere where everyone can feel welcome. Worth a detour or special trip.

Stopped for lunch on the way from Phoenix to Las Vegas. Thought the Green Chili Burrito w Beans and Rice was tasty. Nice salsa to top with. Would have loved for a refill of my soda, but when it was not offered proactively, I opted to move along. The Black Walnut Cream Pie is excellent. A caloric splurge worth getting. Interesting back yard to explore.

If you get the chance to stop and just take a moment to appreciate this roadside eatery, with homemade pies baked freshly, you’re in for a treat.

Hidden inside this qiuant building with it’s big and colorful signs to welcome travellers driving across the desert, is a respectable and friendly place.
We were delighted to find inside this place, filled with wonderful Native American jewelry, art, etc as you enter through the doorway .
The restaurant greets you with a pie display case in the rear where you can grab a slice or a whole pie.

We were lucky to have a fresh apple pie that was just out of the oven upon arrival and Miss Angelika and Miss Annie were happy to answer any questions about the pies,as they boxed ours and since we had time to just sit and relax for a minute, it allowed our pie to cool. They suggested that we kept the lid open for the heat to escape and not sweat the crust.
We ordered a cold beer and onion rings and looked around the shop, Miss Rose behind the jewelry counter was kind enough to explain some of the items in the case and shared the history of the artists.

Our surprise of the backyard and it’s serene and calm patio was a joy to discover too.
A huge shady tree offers a great spot to sit outside and there is a pond with fishes and a peacock that gracefully wonders around.
Just remember to not approach it,as it will hide and you wouldn’t be able to see it roaming.

Our Onion rings were just the right thing to snack on while our fresh apple pie cooled off.
We certainly enjoyed our visit and look forward to coming back soon in the future.
They are open 9-2 pm Mon-Thu
And 9-5pm Fri-Sun.

So check them out if you have time to stop and smell the pies.

In a land of wide open space on the way to Phoenix from Nevada sits a roadside attraction populated by peacocks and koi and laced with old saddles and other western equipment. It’s a gift shop, more like an art gallery, and a cafe featuring a range of foods and most importantly pies. Abundant jewelry too. Don’t leave before taking a short stroll in the backyard.

I loved this place not only one the food good but service was amazing. Just super nice people!. I got the green shilli burger, and it was just a simple good burger, and the wife got the tacos. Said the shredded beef is where it was at! Lol, an awesome selection of items. got a beautiful set of earrings and some peacock feathers. Head in the back, be mindful of snakes. They have pigs ,peacocks, and going fish. The babies were soc cute. Stop in while going to and from Vegas you won’t be disappointed.
