The burgers are always consistent and delicious… and the service is exceptional. I am dairy free sadly…. They are always mindful to not kill my stomach with cheese.

Sweet baby jesus their burgers are soo good!! IMO, best in town! Just delicious smash burger goodness with the crispy cheese bits around the edges, great sauces and tasty fries. Seriously mouthwatering. I’ll be dreaming of their burgers until I make it in next. The staff is also nice and the woman who owns/runs it seems very kind and generous.

This is hands down my favorite bellingham food truck! The owners are some of the nicest and most generous people I’ve ever encountered, and the food is always DELICIOUS! This is my go to date spot, for random dates or special ones. I always get outstanding customer service, and I thought it was high time I finally wrote a review! 100/100 I recommend Luchadora to anyone coming into Bellingham!

Went to try this food truck as it was highly recommended by my son and his friends as having an extremely good smashburger. We were not disappointed. It’s probably one of the better burgers in the Bellingham area overall and the best smash burger in the area. Very tasty, I recommend getting the double so you get a bit more meat. It’s definitely worth seeking out this food truck if you are looking for an excellent smashburger. The text alerts when your food is done cracked us up also.

wow!! i’ve been on the hunt for a perfect smash burger in bellingham and this is it! this is the only place i’ve found that actually smashes the patty nice and thin to get those caramelized edges i’ve been looking for. the fries are amazing and i can’t get enough of the sauces (try the con safos and the vato loco) can’t wait to come back and try a burrito 😛

Awesome smash burger! Will definitely put it on my list of places to get a burger in Bellingham! Food was on point, service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is a food truck but they have tables to eat at and if the brewery is open you can go in there. Worth the stop in Bellingham! Give it a try, I think you won’t be disappointed!

Luchadora Burger doesn’t serve food it delivers a full-body flavor suplex straight to your face! These smashburgers come out of the truck like they’re ready to win a championship belt: crispy edges, melty cheese, and sauce that should honestly be bottled and sold as a life enhancer.
I had the Double and halfway through considered writing it into my will. Parked perfectly outside Wander Brewing like they know you’ll need a beer to emotionally process how good this meal was.
Worth the wait, worth the hype, and absolutely worth the calories. Five stars, a standing ovation, and a tiny burger-shaped tear rolling down my cheek.
The owner is awesome! Super funny and really sweet! She made me an off menu loaded fry basket that was out of control good!

I got a burger and fries, boyfriend got a burrito. Great portion sizes. We ordered 4 sauces to try with the fries, amazing and some had a nice kick! The woman running the show was sweet and inviting. Loved the environment. Highly recommend!
