I got the House Watermelon margarita and Vegetarian Buffalo Cauliflower taco with ranch and blue cheese. All on special during ‘Maxwell Street Days.’
I’m not even kidding [seriously, not] when I say that I teared up when I bit into the Buffalo Cauliflower taco! It’s like one of THE best vegetarian food items I’ve ever even had in my LIFE!
Watermelon house margarita is to die for.
Atmosphere is hip and classy, darkened lighting but with windows so it’s just the right setting.
You get to “pick your vibe” if you sit in a booth by picking which piece of art you sit under. We picked the “Day of the Dead” skeleton with red roses!
Our server was attentive and sweet!
Go! You won’t regret it.

I have been here twice now for lunch and loved it both times!! Love the cool vibe and decor of this place. Great for groups. Nice selections on the menu and the food arrives quickly. Staff is courteous and is able to easily split checks. The red and green salsa is delicious and they keep the chips coming. I love their chicken bowl, it is so tasty and fresh.
They have indoor and outdoor seating. I highly recommend this place for a quick bite or for a fun night on State St.

Great atmosphere, excellent happy hour menu. The chicken tacos were a bit dry. Put some hot sauce on it, only to find out that the sauce was a year and 8 months expired. Server happily replaced sauce with a Best By date of 15 days prior to today. The huckleberry margarita was delicious.

Service was phenomenal and quick! Food was yummy. The Chicken Tikka taco is a little over-hyped but if you haven’t tried it, you should get it just so you can say you did! We also got the rainbow margarita pitcher, nachos, and elotes. The elote is listed as “elote” but it’s actually esquite as a heads up —was a little creamier than normal. Overall, ambiance, vibe, and music is great!

Really good atmosphere on state street. We stopped in for $4 margaritas during happy hour and had multiple rounds of their nachos (which were really good, I recommend the chorizo topping)

This restaurant gives such a fun and exciting atmosphere. The food is so good I have visited multiple times. All the different margarita choices, and the tacos keep me coming back.

Charlie the host/manager was extremely rude and condescending. I have never experienced such bad customer service. The food was not good. Burrito was 90% rice and tacos didn’t come with the cilantro/onions as advertised. Will never return
