We stopped by Lucciano’s The Florida Mall with the family this past Saturday while shopping at The Florida Mall, and overall we had a delicious experience! The gelato was rich, creamy, and flavorful — we tried several different flavors and they were all very tasty, exactly what you’d hope for from an artisanal gelato spot inside one of Orlando’s busiest shopping destinations. 
The only downside to our visit was the service — the young man at the register and one of the female servers seemed a bit unfriendly, which felt out of place in an otherwise fun and vibrant shop. Still, the gelato itself made it a great treat for a family outing. 
We’d definitely return for another scoop or two!

Great spot to grab some gelato at the Florida Mall! The place is clean and nicely decorated, and the staff was amazing, really friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of flavors that everyone can enjoy, and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re in the area and craving something sweet!

I got the Signature Chocolate & Tiramisu in a chocolate dipped cone, both flavors were fantastic! The chocolate was either dark or unsweetened and I was not a huge fan and would opt for a plain waffle cone next time. They also had a lot of pops that looked delicious & hope to try them next time!

The most divine roasted pistachio gelato. Worth every penny. I make ice cream so I know what goes into the process. They use premium ingredients and you can taste the difference. Go get some. You are worth it.

Mediocre ice cream, bad service, cute aesthetic. The woman who took our order was very short with no customer service skills. We were very surprised at how disappointing this experience was as we had been wanting to try it for a while! Additionally, the ice cream was lacking the “it” factor it so appears to have, and quite frankly tasted stale halfway through. You could get a much better experience at another ice cream location, for half the price.

Great experience and delicious flavors! First the decoration is outstanding and called our attention. Then we tried the different flavors and they were so rich and delicious. I recommend the white chocolate pistachio. The staff is really friendly too and if you go early you can see them create the gelato from scratch inside the “Lab”. Loved the concept

This gelato spot is absolutely delightful. When you walk in, you’re greeted with the sweet aroma of freshly made waffle cones and a colorful display of creamy gelato flavors. You can ask the staff to try some flavors. I tried the pistachio and passion fruit and both were rich, smooth, and bursting with flavor. The staff was super, the store is clean and bright. It’s a stop by when you are shopping at the mall.

Very cute! My niece absolutely loved our stop here. She enjoyed sitting at the window watching the ice cream being made. I loved the whoke esthetic of the place!
