I recently visited Lucca’s Delicatessen in Mechanicville, and I was thoroughly impressed.

I had a hunch. This place was going to be good, so i drove back out of my way to stop in and give it a try. Great classic Italian delicatessen. I had the Italian mix in a sun-dried tomato wrap with hot pepper relish. Awesome!

I absolutely love this place. Some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet when you go inside to pick up your food. Very quick response to online orders and getting your order ready. I tried delivery today (I don’t always have the option to leave for lunch), right on time and food is on point. I love the American mixed sandwich and the Honey maple ham sandwich. Always good ratio of meat to toppings.Highly recommend 10/10.

Great food. Great service. The man at the front counter was a polite handsome fella, reminded me of a character I seen in a movie once. Then it hit me, Shrek!!! I said something and we had a good laugh about it. Good sport and his place was a wonderful spot to eat. Will be going back.

Ordered sub, 3 other customers walked in and ordered, they got there subs before me, terrible way of doing business. Will never give my money to anyone that don’t care, never going back. Would have been nice to maybe get something more than a sub thrown together by a construction worker with paint and plaster all over him
