i had such a wonderful experience. the food was absolutely amazing, every dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared. the service was just as impressive: the whole staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the evening even more enjoyable.

We ate a family meal at Lucca on Valentine’s day, which may explain why the service was so agonisingly slow – the staff seemed to be more attentive to those couples who had booked a special Valentine’s day meal. It was never easy to attract a waiter’s attention, and we had to ask for one particular item three times before it arrived.
The food itself was good, at least, although the bill was painful; with taxes, fees and an optional service charge it totalled 40% more than the menu indicated. This was an expensive meal, regardless of whether you’re thinking in Egyptian or tourist terms.
Not recommended, unless you have time and money to burn.

We had an amazing experience at this Italian restaurant. Our waiter, Omar, was incredibly kind and attentive, making the evening even more enjoyable. He made sure to ask about any allergies and even recommended dishes for us.
We ordered the Caprese salad, Lasagne alla Bolognese, and Scaloppine ai Funghi, and each dish was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, and the portions were just right. We ended up with the famous Tiramisu
The atmosphere was cozy, with nice music playing in the background, adding to the relaxed vibe. Overall, a perfect night out with great food and fantastic service. Easy 10/10! Very recommended
