Amazing food. Great service. Only complaint is had was my chicken in my salad I wish it wasn’t seasoned it seemed more like bagged seasoned chicken instead of just a regular chicken breast on the grill otherwise my salad was phenomenal and my ranch dressing was the best id ever had at any restaurant ever!!!

Very nice small coney island. We went for breakfast. From the time we sat down to the time food was on the table was 8 minutes. Very efficient, Friendly Staff and a great value. There were 3 of us and our bill plus a 30% tip was less than 50.00. I will definitely go there again when I’m in the area.

Our party of 5 arrived at about 11:30 for lunch. We had to wait a few minutes so they could rearrange some tables to accommodate our party, but it was no big issue. We were given menus and our drink order was taken right away and an appropriate amount of time was given so we could decide on our orders. The food arrived quickly and the orders were all correct. Each person in our party states that they were fantastic, hot, tasty, and was a good serving portion. Our waitress was attentive without being hovering and overall it was a great experience. I was with a group of my friends who have intellectual disabilities. All my friends were treated with dignity and respect by the staff of Luca’s and we will be back.

This has been my favorite breakfast place for years! The owner and every server we’ve ever had has been amazing. The food is incredible. I’m always in awe how fast the food gets to the table. We now live almost 40 mins away but we will still make the drive here for a great breakfast!

The most rancid turkey sandwich I’ve ever tried in my life it’s gotta be some old meat or something. I never leave food uneaten but this one is far beyond my ability to resist unfortunately I can challenge whoever cooked it to eat two bites but they will refuse for sure!!! Because no way a human being can eat it. I’m giving 3 stars because customer service was good and let me leave without paying.

What a waste of money I strongly recommend not getting a carry out from this place this was by far the worst breakfast I’ve ever been served the eggs were oily and hash browns swimming in grease not even edible. Food -1 service was very friendly

The place is very nice and clean. Staff was nice and the service was quick. The food was an issue though.
We ordered the chicken and waffle special and it was below average. The chicken portion was meager and the quality was not very good. Better fried chicken could be found in the aisles of Costco. The waffle was good but had the lightest sneeze of powdered sugar. Finally, the syrup was served in little plastic 2 oz cups which is pretty wasteful and not to mention tacky. Why not just get the silver syrup containers?

I just came from the doctor up in Ypsilanti so I stop by Lucas Coney Island and order a number one to coneys and fries and I made the fries chili cheese fries so the drink that comes with the combination was my choice of lemonade. I took the lemonade back inside to let them know it smelled like mold it had an odor, replaced with a sprite because Hi c was at the bottom of the tank as well . Paid 14.89 for combo I purchased one hot dog for my dog, and one hot dog for me. I could not believe Fido was not eating his hotdog I was eating my chili fries I took my coney out to eat it and look at the photo it was disgusting went back to tell waitress whom I did tip and she stated the manager/owner said it was nothing wrong with the lemonade and I could not get a refund for my Coney Island because the owner had just left as well as management. When your dog won’t eat it !! Don’t you eat it !! I’m just saying! You might want to consider your health eating here . Customer service hmmm offer no replacement or refund Attention do not patronize places like this they do t appreciate there customers Look at photos
