They messed up my pickup order for a large pizza and then tried to make it my responsibility. I didn’t notice until I was already home. When I called, they told me I’d either have to go back to pick up only the slices they messed up or pay to have those slices delivered. I explained I didn’t have transportation and that it wasn’t fair to pay again for their mistake.
They then said they would only deliver if I returned the incorrect slices, even though the pizza had already been opened and handled. I asked what they planned to do with those slices. I wondered whether they planned to re-sell them (nasty) or throw them out (greedy), but I kept that to myself. When the manager responded that it wasn’t my concern what they did with their pizza, that was what did it for me. I ended the call.
Based on other reviews they tend to mess up orders. So if you’re looking to waste money, because they don’t compensate for their errors, go ahead and order from them.

Stopped by Luca Pizza in Newburgh with my friends after hitting the mall, and it was such a good call. The place was clean, the staff was super friendly, and the pizza? Amazing. We tried pepperoni, buffalo chicken, and white slices—each one was fresh and full of flavor. The garlic knots were buttery perfection too. Definitely a solid spot for a quick, tasty bite!

I ordered a veggie pizza and it was so tasty. It was the perfect size for me because I eat a lot and it was very filling. The atmosphere was also very nice and cozy. Highly recommend this cafe for some really good pizza. My waiter was also so kind and generously answered all of my questions!

I went over there two days ago with my boyfriend, we ordered the Garlic knots crust it was definitely AMAZING!. The food was delicious, the Patio seat was perfect for the weather and the service was excellent. I can’t wait to go back and order the same. Thank you guys!.

Luca Pizza delivers every time. I had the caprese pizza and it was AMAZINGGG!! The pizza is hot, flavorful, and loaded with toppings—and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Great food, great people, and a place you’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommend!!!

Made me wait before I placed and order then told me its a 45 minute wait. Got there to tell me I didn’t place an order, turns out they forgot and made me wait 20 more minutes. Didn’t even compensate me for making me wait and said it’s because they’re cheap already. 0/5.

Luca Pizza Cafe is the best pizzeria the Newburgh community has to dine in. This restaurant has exciting food they serve, they offer indoor/outdoor seating, and this location is complete with a nice view of a Newburghian street.

Really disappointed, because I ordered the pasta Primavera and got a butter sauce with old, over cooked broccoli, mushrooms, and thick pieces of red onion—serioisly??? – Vegetable Primavera is a beautiful, colorful dish with fresh veggies (tomatoes, peas, y/g zucchini, r/y peppers) tossed in a cream sauce. The delivery guy was super nice and the food was delivered on time, but I would not recommend.
