Tonight we tried a restaurant we had never been to before, and it’s definitely a vibe. The ambiance is beautiful and romantic, with a piano area by the bar that really sets the mood.
The staff was extremely attentive and kind we had the pleasure of being helped by Eric, who was amazing! He explained everything, answered all of our questions, and even shared his favorite dishes.
I ordered the Rigatoni Bolognese, and it was both flavorful and filling. They also have a spicy in-house oil that I had to try perfect if you’re looking for just a hint of heat.
My fiancé ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara. He said it was rich in flavor, though a little too eggy for his personal taste.
We will definitely be back there were several other dishes that caught our eye and are next on our list!

-Edit after their response- I am in the top 10% of food reviewers on Google maps. I am aware of what real fine dining is, and have eaten at multiple Michelin star restaurants. So, when I leave a review such as the following, I know it’s accurate. Dropped another star for the rude response. I want to start by saying the lamb was great and the waiter was very helpful. Unfortunately, it’s hard for me to justify these prices. I assume they were going for a fine dining feel, but the Christmas lights on the wall paired with gorgeous paintings just doesn’t make up the difference between the portions/quality of food and the price. I will probably not eat anywhere else in Everett if this is the experience they provide. We both left hungry and spent a total of almost 130 for two meals and 2 glasses of wine. The risotto was cold and the “Bolognese” tasted like spaghetti I could make at home with premade sauce.

Our first visit to Luca was a truly memorable one — not because everything went perfectly, but because of how beautifully the team, especially our server Eric, handled the evening with care, professionalism, and heart.
We were a large group gathered to celebrate a dear friend’s birthday on an incredibly busy night. Eric was determined to make the night special, and he absolutely delivered. From the start, he went above and beyond — the drinks were not only delicious but presented with artistry, and his attentiveness made us feel seen and cared for throughout the evening. ✨
When one of our guests was disappointed with a portion size and requested a different entrée, Eric didn’t hesitate. He graciously left the original ravioli dish for the table and brought out the new meal requested — a small act that spoke volumes about his commitment to hospitality.
Later, when the check arrived as a single bill (which seemed to be the restaurant’s policy), a few guests weren’t prepared for that. Once again, Eric rose to the occasion — he adjusted and split the check to make things easier for everyone. As someone who works in sales myself, I deeply appreciate when someone chooses service first, even when things don’t go as planned.
The truth is, it’s easy to write glowing reviews when everything is “perfect.” But I’m writing this because it wasn’t — and that’s exactly why I’m so impressed and grateful. Eric handled every challenge with grace, flexibility, and a genuine desire to make our evening wonderful.
The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was warm and inviting — perfect for a romantic date night or a joyful group celebration.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend Luca. We’ll absolutely be back.

Atmosphere was really nice. Really enjoyed the bruschetta. I had the linguine de mare. Reminded me of when I lived in Italy. Good flavors too. It had a fine dining atmosphere but relaxed too. The noodles were cooked to a perfect al dente. We had some berry mix mocktail. Good, but expensive. The bolognese sauce could have been better. I really love a traditional Italian bolognese sauce so I’m picky with that one. All in all it was a good experience and our server did a great job.

Luca Italian restaurant was lovely. We came on a road trip down to California and had a great time. Service, food and atmosphere were all lovely. We had sausage pasta, eggplant parmesan and the house beet salad.
More than that, the owner made a huge effort driving 40 minutes to help me retrieve my backpack that I forgot at the restaurant. I tried to tip him for his time, but he insisted that he just wanted to help us out. What a fantastic guy. He saved our trip!

Came here with my girlfriend and parents for Christmas Eve after I got off work. I came here on a whim a few months ago and I had to come back for a special occasion. This place is too expensive for a wage slave like myself to come regularly, but honestly, that’s kind of the point.
Coming to Luca is meant to be a special occasion in and of itself. Everything here is absolutely lovely; the wait staff are attentive but not overbearing, friendly, and knowledgeable. The ambiance is intimate and relaxing, but still manages to be very classy and is clearly very Italian influenced. There are classic keepsakes everywhere, and plenty of things to enjoy and talk about between courses.
Everything the four of us had to eat and drink was excellent, and if you have any issues they will be happy to address any complaints you may have. Everything was just great, truly; and to top it all off, the lady who served us brought everyone at our table limoncello and some amazing lemon cake, on the house- the perfect cap to a great night.
Tonight cemented Luca as my goto venue for special occasions. Looking forward to going back and trying more of the menu – I bet the woodfired pizza is top-notch! Grazie!

Excellent ambiance and very good service from Eric. The food left a lot to be desired. The Rocco salad was fine, carpaccio salmone was just a plate of cured salmon (though what did I expect I guess), caprese came with dried basil instead of fresh leaves; red sauce for the bolognese and ravioli tasted exactly the same (bland) – there was just meat added to the bolognese. Sauce on the veal was nothing impressive either. No depth of flavor anywhere. Chocolate cake was dry and tasted store bought but the limoncello mascarpone cake was quite good. Not worth a return visit.
