I hadn’t been to this restaurant for over a decade. Today, I came back to this restaurant for lunch. The owner was able to recognize me right away, and she was so happy to see me again with a warm greeting. My friend and I ordered the French fresh beef steak with grilled rice. It didn’t taste as good as it used to. Their service was just plain and simple as usual. I liked their grilled steamed rice.

Ordered a soup noodle to go. There was barely anyone there at 8 p.m. on a Sunday so there . After finishing the bowl did I see this piece of rusty metal at the bottom. Not sure what it is a part of, but this should not have happened. Highly disappointed in this restaurant as I’ve never had this situation happen before, ever. Won’t be coming back.

I have been to both Luc Dinh KY #1 and #2 and tried the salmon with broken rice, and both times, they are very crunchy and crispy. Must try the deep-fried squid and deep-fried tofu. You also get free iced or hot sweet tea(nuoc mat) plus refill when dine-in.

Luc Dinh Ky 1 is a small but to the point Viet menu restaurant. Ordered the Bó kho with both egg and rice noodles. The portion was pretty generous and I was definitely satisfied. If I’m in the area to eat late, this would definitely be an easy spot to satiate my hunger pains. Also free drink with ordering a dish

They are known for their fried salmon dish which is delicious. Only problem is it’s pretty inconsistent. Sometimes a huge serving comes out other times it’s half as big. Love the free drink they give.

This is a very local restaurant, and most of the people eat there speak Vietnamese (so English might sometimes be challenging to communicate with the servers).
We have visited this place multiple times, and we eventually only order one thing from this place – the BEEF CHOW FUN.
The beef chow fun (pan fry rice noodles with beef) is really really good; my Cantonese friend said this place has the best beef chow fun in Los Angeles (best in the sense of as good as what he had back in Guangdong.

Not into crispy rice ..very few selection of dishes and pictures of dishes under the same name of the restaurant are not available and very busy don’t understand why but only I can say not my choice but was open late until midnight. I will add pictures of the dishes I tried. The waiter very short and rushes you. Did enjoy the chrysanthemum tea and it was free
