Located on the north side of Thousand Oaks Blvd. Great value for serving size. Definitely reminiscent of the plate lunches I would have in Hawaii. I tried their chicken and beef combo. I definitely enjoyed the chicken more, enough seasoning that I didn’t need any additional sauce. The beef was okay, but the spam musubi tasted pretty plain to me. The place was pretty clean. A couple small tables outside. Lots of free parking

We had dinner at Luau Grill and overall it was just okay. The service was really good — everyone was friendly and on top of things. The food was a little up and down for us. The chicken just wasn’t hitting tonight. My son and daughter didn’t like theirs, and mine was just alright. On the positive side, the short ribs were good and the macaroni salad was solid.

Been there a few times now. Service is always great and ticket turnaround is always prompt. We’ve tried several dishes. I personally like the sliced beef player the most and the side of fried shrimp. Also, it is always very clean and that’s a big plus for me. Definitely recommend.

Delicious chicken, beef & short ribs! Macaroni salad was so tasty even the white rice was tasty good! Crispy shrimp was delish! This is one of my 90 yr old mom’s favorite restaurants in town. Now I know why. Customer service was great. Friendly & helpful.

Just had lunch here today and wow!! Isabelle was great, and if you are after a good lunch for a decent price, this place is for you! I had the Bbq chicken combo ($16.00) and it was a lot of food. The BBQ chicken wasn’t dry, the chicken Katsu was cooked perfect. I didn’t finish the rice/pasta but loved it!

I decided to try this place because I got a coupon in the mail, but unfortunately, the food just wasn’t good. The chicken was really dry and lacked flavor, and overall the meal was pretty bland. The staff was friendly and the service was fine, but the food itself just didn’t live up to expectations. Probably wouldn’t come back.

5 stars all around! The meats all have lots of flavor! Nice to have a new spot to eat at! The meat was all great! The sides which were steamed rice, macaroni salad and cabbage were yummy too! Very happy we found a new place to rotate when we want something quick and good!

We ordered food for pick up tonight and it was absolutely delicious! We ordered the Kalua pork combo with chicken katsu. The amount of protein you get with the rice and macaroni makes it a really great value for the price. We ordered the Spam Musubi which we enjoyed as well. The people who work there are super friendly too. We will definitely go back soon. I wish I had taken photos before we ate to share.
