I would like to start by I go to both locations in Ellington. I have been going to Luann’s for years now. I ordered cupcakes for my son’s birthday and they were a hit . I’ve also done their take away meals for Thanksgiving and Christmas. My husband and I come to Luann’s often. We can’t say enough about the food and the menu and of course he loves their black raspberry iced tea and I’m always getting a latte and they never disappoint. We got our wedding cake from them a few years ago and it was perfect and delicious.

As someone with a severe gluten allergy I love Luann’s and everyone who works here. They have several, tasty options that I always feel safe enjoying. My non allergic hubby has lots to choose from as well.
Today we enjoyed breakfast, baked goods, and coffee. It was a great way to start our Saturday.

AMAZING! The staff, the baked goods, the coffee—it’s all incredible! The hype is totally real! The breakfast platter I had was delicious, and the oatmeal cookie latte was so warm and delightful. Everyone in the shop was friendly and helpful.
I cannot wait until they open in downtown Stafford!

This is one of my favorite places to stop and get coffee, or just sit and have a baked good with a friend. Beautiful atmosphere and great service from the employees. Fast efficient service, great prices. They really spend their time with the baked goods they serve, taste good and look BEAUTIFUL!

I’m here with my boyfriend’s mom Kim from Crystal lake. She couldn’t stop telling me how fantastic it is here, and I 100% could not agree more! The atmosphere gives you a cozy mom and pop feel, and the staff is so warm and delightful. I got a raspberry cream cheese Danish, and it was so soft and gooey, I couldn’t stop eating it. I paired it with the strawberry shortcake cold brew, and was so refreshing on this warm humid day I almost forgot I was drinking coffee! I would recommend LuAnn’s to anyone who is looking for an amazing experience while in Connecticut!

Great coffee and treats! I love their lattes and baked goods. The BLTA with salad was delicious. They have so many breakfast, lunch and treat options. Their coffee flight nights are super fun. They have lots of parking and cute seating inside. My only complaint is that I wish they were open on Sundays!

I had high expectations for Luanne’s, but my first visit left me disappointed. I ordered the Asian salad with chicken, but there was barely any chicken—essentially paying $15 for a bowl of lettuce. Given this initial experience, I’m hesitant to try other menu items. While I want to support local businesses, I find that even a salad from Starbucks offers better value and satisfaction.

2.17.24 How did I not know about this gem until now? What a fabulous cafe and bakery. Lots of parking. You walk up and as you enter you go to the right in line. There are breads, cookies pies, etc. to pick up, along with items in the freezer, or you can get these amazing cupcakes, goodies to go. Or you can order, find a table, and they bring it all to you. Cozy, casual and comfy. The breakfast bowls and coffee were amazing. Can’t wait to go back for other goodies.

I ordered a chicken salad, knot And a chicken salad wrap, They were awful. The chicken salad was runny, the Romain lettuce I ordered was brownish red. I paid $33 for two sandwiches. I was very disappointed, will not be back.

They came to the Connecticut pickle festival with pickle cupcakes that actually had pickles in them and pickled bagels and focaccia and honestly, they were the best booth in the entire place. I need more! Those cupcakes… How did you make them so good?! and these bagels?! These should be on every menu across the country!!!
