We had a delicious lunch at Loxley‘s. We went on a Sunday and it wasn’t very crowded since it had snowed overnight. This was very nice because it was quiet inside the restaurant.
Our server was very attentive and kept our iced tea glasses filled, and brought out the food in a very timely manner. Everything tasted delicious and I especially highly recommend the crab dip appetizer. The loaded potato soup was creamy and hearty as was the French onion soup. We also tried the pineapple mimosa and cranberry mimosa since they were only three dollars. They were quite tasty.

We stopped in at Loxley’s Restaurant around 4:45 p.m. for cocktails and dinner. There was about a 20-minute wait for a table, so we decided to head into the taproom instead. Great choice—there’s no wait in the taproom, and you can still order off the full menu.
The taproom has a warm, relaxing atmosphere with a rustic feel and a cozy fireplace. It started getting busy as happy hour kicked off (5–7 p.m. daily), but the vibe remained enjoyable.
I ordered the Lil’ John Turkey, and my wife had the Penn Alfredo with chicken—both dishes were excellent and full of flavor. Our server was attentive and polite, even though he was clearly handling a busy crowd. He stayed calm and kept everything running smoothly.
We’ll definitely be back to check out their treehouse patio dining next time.

Ordered the prime rib special, fish and chips, and the pork chop. All were AMAZING! Our server, Olyvia, was super attentive, knew the menu well, and was quick! They were able to make all requested substitutions and went above and beyond for the entire meal. Highly recommend!

My husband and I ate here last Thursday evening. We sat indoors as I am not a fan of insects. We were the only customers in the area we were sat.
My husband started with a small Caesar salad. It was very fresh and he said it was very good.
I had the cream of chicken soup. The soup was good as well but it had no cream in it.
My husband had a pasta dish. It was a creamy penned pasta with shrimp added to it. It was rather bland not much flavor.
I had the ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus. It was cooked well seasoned and cooked to my liking. We asked for take home boxes and dessert menu.
The menu came pretty swiftly but the server was busy and we waited for a good long time and lost interest in dessert. When the server finally came we got the check. The poor young man had many tables mostly outside so I can’t blame him. Food was good. Service not so much.

We were seated in the bar area as there was no wait. Service was slow to to start but very friendly when our server arrived. Food was good but beer choices and atmosphere was better in my opinion.I would come back to explore the other dining experiences at this location.

A nice quiet restaurant with a fun atmosphere. Joey our server was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
I enjoyed the gluten free Tuscan Burrata Gnocchi. Absolutely my most favorite gluten free dish from any restaurant.
My dad enjoyed the French dip.

Took my girlfriend here for her birthday. We had the fig and goat Flatbread, along with the brisket burger. Both were really good. Will definitely be back when it warms up do we can experience the outside seating.

Amazing! So many good options on the menu and fairly priced. The building was beautiful and set an amazing ambiance. Our server was very sweet and the food came out quickly. Oh and super cute fish pond with a beautiful waterfall.

Matt was our server and he was great! My broccoli cheddar soup wasn’t chunky but puréed and I absolutely loved it. Delicious! Hubby’s Reuben sandwich would’ve been awesome if they’d added more sauce. Meat was a little dry, though flavorful. Atmosphere 5 stars for uniqueness! What an experience, wow! We’re locals and will be returning often. I highly recommend Loxley’s for locals and tourists alike.

My friend and I were down from Harrisburg. We had a hard time deciding on what to get! We split appetizers-Brussels sprouts and cheese curds. I got the nuts and berries salad and my friend got the apple salad. We each also had the French Onion soup. Everything was delicious. The Chai Martini was also good. The prices were great!! Service was a little slow, (plates not cleared) but she was friendly.
