The Lox and Bagel is a local favorite for those seeking a high-quality breakfast or brunch in a casual setting. This establishment focuses on the fundamentals of a great deli experience, offering a menu that centers on fresh ingredients and classic flavor combinations.

The Signature Experience
The namesake lox and bagel is the clear star of the show. The bagels have the ideal texture, providing a satisfying chew without being overly dense. The lox is thinly sliced and consistently fresh, paired with a generous schmear of cream cheese. Traditional toppings like red onions, capers, and tomatoes add the necessary acidity and crunch to balance the richness of the fish.

Menu Variety
Beyond the classic lox, the menu features a wide array of options ranging from sweet to savory. Whether you prefer a simple toasted bagel with butter or a more elaborate breakfast sandwich with eggs and protein, the quality remains consistent. The coffee service provides a reliable accompaniment to the meal, making it a popular spot for both a quick morning stop and a more relaxed sit-down experience.

Atmosphere and Service
The environment is unpretentious and welcoming. The service is typically efficient and friendly, handling the morning rush with ease. It maintains a community-focused vibe that makes it feel like a neighborhood staple. For those in search of a predictable and delicious bagel in the area, it remains a top-tier choice that delivers on its promises.

In a world where many opt for the industrialized, this bagel store stands out for its artisanal dedication. Here, the bagels are not only baked every morning, but they are made with care, just like at home: fresh, tasty and with that perfect touch between crunchy and fluffy.

The place is cozy, bright and impeccable, a place where you can feel the attention to detail. But what really makes the difference is the warm and efficient service.

The owner is always attentive to customers; and Megan, she was a sunshine.

It is also an authentic kosher establishment, and for those looking for alternatives, they offer gluten-free options. They have catering service and the soups are

It’s not just a bagel store, it’s a must for lovers of good food.
A must stop!

Some kind of fabric baked into the bagel. Did not have time to go back and get another bagel. Some quality control would be nice.

My first and last time ordering from this place. I ordered a rye and sesame bagel. My usual go-to is a pumpernickel bagel, but they ran out by 10am (great for them, obviously). Very disappointed to find that my sesame bagel was over-yeasted and sweet. It had a strange flavor that tends to come when there is a lot of gas released from over-proofing or long fermentation process. It also generally felt underbaked because the skin did not have that lovely roasted texture that I tend to love from bagels.
I also wish the deli counter goods were better labeled. Most of the salads (liver, lox, whitefish, tuna, etc.) were hidden behind the vegetable toppers (pickles, cucumbers, capers. etc), which makes it hard for first-timers to be oriented towards the space. I’m shocked to see that it has a more than 4-star rating. Menu itself is also very limited. $18 for a lox bagel? absurd for the quality I got. I think these are usual signs of bad management than it is the employees themselves who are customer facing. I admire the hustle of any restauranteur (especially as someone who has grown up in the food industry, whose family has run and worked in restaurants), so I am particularly principled about quality, legibility, and accessibility to all kinds of customers. In my opinion, this place falls short on that.

Came in from Miami. The bagel knocked my socks off! So soft. Alexis is so sweet and attentive! Thank you. Oh and the bathrooms are very decent.

Typically, it’s a bad idea to order chinese food at a hamburger joint. Similarly, I’d say when going to a lox & bagel restaurant, it’s best to stick with the house specialty.

My toasted, buttered, Everything Bagel and veggie omelet was terrific (the side order of hash brown’s only so so), whereas my wife’s chocolate chip croissant and chocolate chip pancakes (a large 3-stack) were a bit on the dry side. The total cost with a can of Arizona Tea was $30 + tip. Very reasonable, and the service was relatively quick.

I’ve been here several times and its always been busy, and always noisy inside. Not the type of place you go for serious conversation. There are a couple tables outside, if you don’t mind sitting right next to the parking lot.

The eatery is very popular, which means waiting for a table is commonplace, even at 11:30am on a Friday, like today. I saw one party of five walk out after five minutes of waiting for a table.

I recently dined at Lox N Bagel, and the experience left me thoroughly impressed. The in-house dining service was remarkably efficient, with quick service that made our meal enjoyable. However, I must admit that the to-go service took a bit longer than expected. Interestingly, we noticed that those who arrived after us for dine-in orders received their food faster than our to-go order.

As for the food, it was simply outstanding. We tried the egg omelette, bagel and eggs, and the avocado toast, all of which were delicious. But the true star of the meal was the Impossible Burger with a sunny side up egg. It’s safe to say that it’s the best vegetarian burger I’ve ever had in my entire life.

While I’m eager to explore more of their menu, I can’t help but crave another taste of that incredible burger. It’s a dilemma I’m happy to have because it speaks volumes about the quality of their dishes.
