Beautiful views of the water. The food was decent, depending on what you get, I got the crab eggs Benedict and that was pretty good. It is pretty pricey though. It’s an interesting service situation, Half serve yourself/half restaurant. Probably would go back again.

Had clam chowder, steamed clam, salmon lox and bagel there. All taste amazing! The sauce in the steamed clam is incredible! Definitely will miss it when I leave Seattle. Everything is so fine there, the food, the view, the staffs! Thank you for making my trip to Seattle wonderful!

Despite being born in Seattle and growing up there, it took until I was over 50 and visiting from out-of-town to finally go to Lowell’s. Are they on the expensive side? Yes. But was the food great and the view incredible? Also yes!
I had the fried tiger prawns and chips, husband had the Reuben sandwich. Everything was delicious, down to the great tartar sauce and cocktail sauce.
We sat up on the 3rd floor and were able to get window seats, so we could enjoy the view of the waterfront. Spectacular!
Every employee was helpful and friendly, and made this a meal to remember from our visit back to our hometown!

This place is great every time. The grilled salmon is the best around around, the crab cakes are incredible, and the king salmon scramble is a great way to start the day. I highly recommend stopping by Lowell’s whether you live in the area or are just visiting.

I went to Lowells restaurant on Pike Place looking for fish and chips with a great view, and I found the great view, but not quite the fish and chips I was looking for .the clam chowder was decent the fries were very stale and it seemed like maybe they were cooked for too long or maybe left out and then brought to us the coleslaw had no flavor it was actually kind of dry, Now the fish was very small and not a lot of flavor thank goodness for the tartar sauce and malt vinegar. The atmosphere was nice getting a table was very easy. They have three stories and we were able on the third story to get an ocean view which I think all of them have so the atmosphere is nice and the view is nice but the food is very bland. I wouldn’t recommend this for your first stop for fish and chips in Seattle.

A classic inside Pike Place Market with beautiful views facing the waterfront.
Blackened salmon – melt-in-the-mouth soft meat with delicious seasoning
Fish and chips – the cod was very fresh but personally I didn’t like that the fish was with breadcrumbs rather than batter.
The restaurant is semi self-service – you order at the till and then they bring the food to the table. You cannot ‘reserve’ a table before ordering the food but there are three floors and plenty of seats.

I always have a great experience here and today was no exception. The crab Benedict was so, SO good. The view was great, it was quiet upstairs which was nice!

It was a really nice sit down place to grab a meal when a fish and chips craving hits. There’s multiple levels of seating with some tables having a nice waterfront view. Food is ordered and paid for first before being given a number and finding your own seating in the restaurant. Water is self serve as well. The fish and chips were solid with the fish being cooked fresh and crispy but it honestly lacked flavor and the tartar sauce was just okay. Their clam chowder was delicious and creamy with some nice big chunks of clam and potatoes

Great place to eat with great views for breakfast. The only thing I would like to suggest to management is that the silverware is so light and feels like it would bend if I had to cut through anything.
Great atmosphere for our day to begin. We used to go to the Athenian next door before our Seahawks games but they changed their Sunday hours to 11am instead of 9am.

Ended up at the bar and lucked out with an incredible water view. I ordered the clam chowder and a margarita, and both were absolute winners. The chowder was rich, flavorful, and ridiculously comforting, and the margarita was super refreshing — the perfect pairing. Service was great, super friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the vibe was laid-back, fun, and easygoing. Watching boats float by while enjoying great food and drinks made it feel like the perfect Seattle moment. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you want a relaxed meal with unbeatable views. Can see myself coming back again and again just for this combo of food, drinks, and scenery.
