The smell of this food lured us in and we’re glad it did!! We had the ultimate combo box – beef brisket, burnt ends and pulled pork with fries, salad and Mac n cheese. It was delicious and really good value, £11.95 for all of that and every single but was delicious! We’re coming back next Saturday!

I’d like to say a huge thank you to the amazing staff at your St Nic outlet today.
I asked about gluten-free options, and I was given so many choices. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable about both gluten intolerance and coeliac disease. Once I confirmed I was coeliac, the surface was sprayed and cleaned, and the staff washed their hands before handling my food — which meant so much to me.
What could have been a stressful day (we were on our way to drop our daughter at Gatwick for her return flight home after spending Christmas with us) turned into a moment of relief. I felt safe, confident, and able to enjoy a proper meal with my daughter before we continued our journey.
Thank you for the care, professionalism, and kindness.

Got there just before closing and we got the pulled pork on fries, we asked for the picked mayo and the lady behind the till recommended the BBQ sauce as well. Food was very tasty and the sauce selected was perfect. We got a box between two people which was a good amount. No seating available as they were packing up but luckily we were staying near by.

£8.50 unbelievable price for such delicious lunch meal. Meat+2 sides with veggies salad. The pulled pork is soft and juicy. I love there are lots of sauces for selection. ( you can have more than one sauce) the staff are very friendly and no worries to tell them any specific needs.

Fantastic meat! All juicy and tender! Bought a combo box with chicken, pulled pork and burnt end! A box Shared by two because portion is generous!

Friendly service and very generous portion for just over a tenner. They’d run out of brisket but replaced it with chicken thighs. Everything was well cooked and had a good depth of flavour. Sides were very tasty too. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys BBQ meats.

Found out that small bbq when visiting St Nicholas market. Was first impressed by the queue at the front. However, service is quite fast. I had a full bbq box. The meat had a nice golden brown colour and melted in my mouth. Also, it was not that expensive given the 2 sides included. Yet as a French, I found the vegetable options a bit scarce.

I was a bit apprehensive to get American BBQ in Bristol England, but boy was I wrong for judging! Low and Slow was a shockingly great BBQ place and for a great price!
I had the beef brisket and picked sides of salad, Cole slaw, and topped it with the house BBQ sauce. It was quite impressive! Highly suggest and 100% would go back for a quick lunch!

Believe the hype and definitely queue, some of the best BBQ I’ve had in the UK. If the queue goes to the end of the little barriers then it’s probably about a 12-15 minute wait, just so you have an idea. Get the ultimate box, great value and you get a bit of everything.
