the lemon pepper. is so good. the wings and fries and tenders are all really, really good, but the lemon pepper sauce/seasoning is so delicious. ended up going back to the mall for no shopping reason, just to get lovetts. def recommend ! great value for the price, really good quality chicken and fries, really well seasoned, and you get a great portion.

Since you can’t get a refund, I have to leave a review. This place will ruin your day a lil bit because it’s expensive, and you want to support a black business but you just end up wasting your money. You wait 15 minutes just for the food to not be fresh… & the food just was not good TO ME. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

I’ll edit this to say, this was just my own personal experience. Maybe it will be worth the try for you, but personally I was disappointed.

Omg best burger and fries I’ve ever had in my whole life!! (I had the garlic Parmesan sauce). With every single bite, the seasonings explode in your mouth! Each bite was better than the last! Thank you for wonderful customer service too! Service with a smile! The wait time was minimal! Seriously, try the food! Worth the price!

First let me start by saying I will try them again. Now today they most not have been on point they only had 5 employees and no line before I ordered just fries. Was told they would drop fresh fries. Didn’t happen but the thing that upsets me is waiting over 10mins for old fries. Now while I waited the lady at the register was nice but I saw some questionable practices like how they used a bowl to mix the sauce over some wings but then just but it back on the rack instead of washing it .

Honestly one star is to generous they take hours to make food and sometimes the employees want to catch attitudes. Now I have to admit there food is good but it’s definitely not worth the wait! They can go far but the 50 minute wait for 10 wings is astonishing, seriously did they have to breed and kill the chicken their selves?

Wasted 40 minutes here to leave empty handed. I work in the mall so I went on my hour break to get fries. Literally waited the whole time for them to tell me the order wasn’t put in, I got no apology from any of the staff. I will not be recommending this place to any of my coworkers or customers. I wish I could rate less than one star. Oh and they don’t offer a mall employee discount which a lot of the mall stores/restaurants do. They need to focus on customer service versus hanging out with each other.

Was in Gov Square mall yesterday with my fiancé and mother doing some shopping. Decided to try out Lovetts for the first time since they had just opened up not to long ago in the food court. Ordered a burger and fries.. I don’t know what exactly was going on yesterday but it took over 35 minutes to get my burger and fries…people before me got food and after me got food but I still had to wait. They had one very nice young lady running the register and then three or four gentlemen making the food. I figured it might take a moment to get the food since they were still fresh and getting their flow down but after 30 minutes waiting that’s a bit ridiculous… the food was pretty good when I got it but if they’re wait times stay like that or they get orders lost or wrong which it seemed to have happened as well…they may not last…
I will not be returning anytime soon…

This was my first time getting food from this place. The only reason why I came because I was told it was black owned. I explained to the older lady behind the counter it was my first time and she looked at me like she didn’t care. At this point I was about to leave but I was ordering for other people. When asking her about the menu they were out of the things I wanted. When I asked her about what’s similar she gave me a attitude as if she didn’t want to help. I ordered my food at 2:25 and it was ready at 3:02.

Due to how bad the customer service was I will not be coming back
