Such a cool bar! The vibe here is amazing! We visited on a Friday night, and had an amazing experience! It was busy, but we had no difficulty finding a comfortable table for our party of 4. The server was super friendly and welcoming. We had the gummy bear shots and the m&m shots. We really liked trying something new, and they tasted great. Love’s Alibi completely exceeded our expectations! Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Stopped in to try this new spot in the Gulch. Great vibes as soon as you walk in. Pick a table and go to the bar to order. We set at the bar and had thr most amazing bartender, John. We ordered some drinks and they were made perfectly! We decided to order dinner and thank goodness we did. The burger amd short ribs were absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend both. Overall, you should 100% stop in and check it out!

Checked out this new spot in Nashville and loved the vibe! The bar is super cute, and the cocktails were fancy and beautifully presented. You can tell they put thought into the drinks.
It was very packed when we visited, which shows it’s already popular. The only downside was the music — it was so loud that I could barely hear my friend talking. Overall, a fun place with great drinks, just be ready for a lively atmosphere!

Absolutely amazing place for a date night, we went on a Monday & it was perfect. I love that they are open late during the week & the photo booth in the corner is so adorable!!

This feels less like a restaurant and more like a diplomatic safe zone for emotionally unstable adults. I met an old friend here that I had a fallout with, and honestly? This place has big United Nations for Troubled Relationships energy. Neutral territory. No sides. Just vibes. The kind of place you read about in books or hear whispered about like, “Yeah, that diner saved a few souls back in the day.”
But also should have not met that friend, or have came here.
The food? Experimental. Bold. Slightly chaotic much like the patrons.
The NOLA fried chicken on grits was fantastic, minus the grits. The grits felt unnecessary, like wearing socks at the beach. Technically allowed. Spiritually wrong.
The lettuce wrapped shrimp situation had capers in it, and I just want to ask, why? Who invited them? What trauma led to this decision? It tasted confusing. Not bad. Just, existential.
The cheeseburger is aggressively acidic. Like the chef might be emotionally invested in Sour Patch Kids. First it’s sour, then it’s still sour.
BUT THE FRIES.
The fries are the reason this place exists. Best fries in town. Possibly sent from a higher power. If the kitchen caught fire, I’d save the fries first.
Now the beer, it comes in a glass so small I thought it was a tasting pour or a joke. I assume this is a financial strategy. Honestly? Fine. Charge me more. I live here, I get it. Just please give me a glass that doesn’t feel like it belongs in a dollhouse. Respect my thirst.

Had the best date night at Love’s Alibi! Fun vibe, killer drinks – and the food is definitely not your average bar food. We had the short rib, sweet potato gnocchi, and beef debris burrata fries. They were also able to accommodate my food allergies! The bartender (John) was super attentive and friendly. Photo Booth added a fun touch. We will be back! ❤️

We stopped in for drinks to end the night and the vibe was spot on for what we wanted. We were able to grab a table and still talk while also enjoying the music! I told the bartender what types of drinks I like and he picked something off the menu for me and it was delicious! We also tried the espresso martini that’s on draft and all I can say is wow!! I definitely will be back here often and can’t wait to try the food next time!

Really cool spot that I’m surprised to find in the Gulch. Tons of thought went into the interior of this place… All warm woods and glass blocks illuminated with a soft white glow. Great drinks too… Apparently the head bartender comes from Folk. I had an amazing negroni and their take on a whiskey highball which was delicious. Will definitely be back.
