Reason for giving you guys a review. My wife called in loveleens for giving feedback and the response was rude and full of over confidence. There was lady over there, please teach her customer service.

We ordered Bread Pakoda with Manchurian today.
The bread pakoda is worst, batter was not cooked properly.I am sharing my feeling, whenever I order Bread Pakoda from you.I finish everything, even-though I am sick and Doctor told me to stop junk food.
Manchurian was way off from last time. I am not fond of Manchurians, but I tasted a bit and it was off. Not good as it was last time.

Bread pakoda use to come in good box with their brand name, but today it was in some low grade boxes.
Good packaging and good taste are the things which make you brand in victoria.
I want to give Zero star, but there are no zero stars

Sweets and Chole bhature was nice. I did not liked pav bhaji and golgappe. Order took too much time in prep.

They want you pay upfront. I dont like the idea they are showing you payment machine with tip options before eating or using any services. And then you got to know its a self service place.

I rarely write reviews, but tonight’s experience was extremely disappointing. We went to this restaurant for dinner as a group of 8, expecting a nice meal together. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.

The food quality was terrible—completely lacking in taste, freshness, and presentation. Every single dish we ordered was simply not edible. It wasn’t just one plate; the entire table of 8 people ended up leaving almost all the food untouched, which says a lot.

When you spend good money and time going out with friends and family, you at least expect the basics: decent food and effort from the kitchen. Sadly, this place failed on all fronts. None of us plan to return, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good dining experience.

The sweets were great with lots of variety. The person at the front was helpful, offering good suggestions and explaining the different sweets well. However, he spent quite a bit of time on the phone while we and other customers were waiting.

More concerning, he used the same glove to handle sweets, the payment machine, and his phone — which is quite unhygienic.

We also ordered food. It took a long time to arrive, partly because no one called our name, even though we were sitting right there. When I checked 25 minutes later, our food had been packed and sitting for at least 5 minutes.

Overall, the food and sweets were good, but the service was mixed, and the hygiene practices is questionable.

A trip to India gave me a love for there food and even the sweets. I entered not knowing what I wanted and having so many choices made it harder. I’m glad the attendant humoured me and laughed at how excited I was. She helped me fill a box. They did not last long. Coconut. Mango, milky desserts. They were gone too quickly.

A Must-Visit for Authentic Indian Food in Victoria…

One of the best spots in Victoria for authentic Indian food! The parantha, chole bhature, and masala tea are unbeatable. Always delicious, clean, and well-maintained with warm, friendly staff. We never miss this place whenever we’re in Victoria. Highly recommended!

Vegetarian restaurant – Delighted to discover such an establishment in Victoria, eliminating the need to travel to Surrey to taste Indian foods

Dine in was great Sweets lot of selections too ♥️

Indeed, it is a welcome addition to Victoria’s culinary scene. Authentic Indian street food with an array of delectable sweets. If you seek genuine Indian cuisine complemented by exceptional service, look no further. I highly recommend this establishment and eagerly anticipate my next visit!

Rare to find a place like this in Victoria- 5 stars

It was my first time here and I ordered Chole Bhature and Hakka Noodles. Bhature was large and too oily. Chole was not cooked properly and it was hard to digest. They even charge for 7$ + taxes for extra chole. Its huge actually. If you are giving large bhatura then make sure to give large channe as well.

Regarding Hakka Noodles, it was no hakka. It was normal street style with coriander and paneer. Moreover, we waited for almost 25 mins for our order. It was really a bad experience. High price with average food qualiyy
