Just lovely!
Muna is so very welcoming as are her staff. The decor and classical instrumental music puts you right into a dream. The food is delicious and there’s an extensive tea menu.
The only takeaway is that I didn’t have anyone to enjoy it with! I bet it’s a great and rauckus time in high season.
Highly recommend!

Magnificent experience! We snagged a reservation for the Queen’s Tea and had a great time. The Peach Bellini tea is a great option for non-caffeinated teas. Every single bite of food was so delicious! We really loved the coronation chicken sandwiches, but there’s honestly no misses. The scone with lemon curd might have been my personal favorite course. Definitely save room for the local bites and sweets at the very end.

It’s been a while since I have had the time to visit with Muna at Lovejoy’s! As both of us are small business owners here in Ashland Oregon we know that our time for a seasonal catch up is always difficult. However when I do manage to pop in for a quick cuppa Muna and her staff always go out of her way to look after me. We even manage to have a quick chat between hot water top ups and the ritual tea service. Today was a scorcher, it was lunch timeish so I was in definite need of one of her great ginger teas and one of her refreshing “my type of salads”. Everything as the English say – but the kitchen sink. If you have not had one of Muna’s salads you are missing out. Mixed baby lettuce and spinach leaves topped with seasonal fruits, coronation chicken (a light curry mayonnaise sauce) and so much more. Every bite is filled with flavor and bursts of freshness. The dressing tart and sweet served in a small silver jug so that you can pour the right amount just for you over the top of your salad. I was dying for a sweet treat afterwards especially one her petit fours but resisted. Instead I purchased the most beautiful ugly teapot that was sitting there waiting for me to come by!
My bnb guests love to visit Lovejoy’s and I love it when they come back on the odd occasion with a small vial of beautiful tea just for me. Thank you Muna. Long may Ashland and its tourists be good to you.

The queens tea was an amazing experience. The sandwiches were delicious, the strawberries and creme tea was absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed every aspect of our meal and the experience. The host was also very attentive and great at explaining menu items and each portion of the meal. We had a vegan with us, and there were nice vegan options.

I had such a lovely experience!! This was my second time coming in, and I brought my grandma with me. She visited from Portland, and I wanted to do something special with her….tea time! We had the complete queen’s service with the gorgeous tiered tray of fruit, salad, and sandwiches. The food was delicious. They catered to my dietary restrictions, and I could tell that everything was made with love and attention to detail, especially in the plating 🙂 There’s an amazing tea list, complete with green, black, white/herbal teas, and decaf options. Teas come with sugar and milk (or a milk alternative!). I drank so much tea and was so full and happy after! Do not underestimate the servings just because some parts come in bite-sized pieces!! 🙂 lastly, a big shoutout to the staff who were so kind and knowledgeable. I didn’t take many pictures but the sweets were adorable (that pumpkin cake was to die for), and the spreads for the crumpet and scone were so vibrant and yummy! Thank you for giving my grandma and I such an wonderful memory:)<3

Wonderful English tea service in an elegant environment. Freshly made tea sandwiches, scones, and crumpets are paired with a huge selection of tea blends, all served in friendly, unstuffy, gracious way. Great taste and value for a traditional English tea!

Did you obsess over The Secret Garden as a child? Did/do you watch and re-watch Enchanted April, Much Ado About Nothing, and every adaptation of Jane Austen’s works? Then hie thee to Lovejoy’s Tea Room with all haste! The sweetest people, the perfect atmosphere, exquisite tea, and delicious food that just keeps coming (we had the Queen’s Tea. Highly recommend!) I live 4 hours away and am already planning to return! Truly a gem.

I have had the pleasure of enjoying two different Queen’s Teas at Lovejoy’s Tearoom in Ashland, and both were absolutely delightful! The service was impeccable, and we all felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. I especially loved marveling at the variety of dishes and tea pots, and savoring the abundance of flavors throughout the experience. Truly an enchanting and delicious treat!

Outstanding! My husband and I went here on Valentine’s Day as a part of our couples retreat. The staff was very accommodating on my dietary restrictions and made sure I didn’t go hungry. The food was to die for! The dressing up was fun and the teacups and silverware were adorable. We had a fantastic time! Thank you, again!
