The best pho in Ventura County, hands down. The buttery noodles, delicious beef broth, hits the spot everyyyytime. Can’t go wrong with the Thai tea, tofu spring rolls with the bussdown peanut sauce. I always come back to this place. I love the egg rolls. The noodles are very good and if you ask for spicy you will get very spicy so be careful what you ask for.
Servings are plenty full. And the service is very good.
Most waiters don’t retire anything down. They remember your order even with a party of 4 or more. I’m was impressed.
They also have boba. And the Thai tea is very good.
I personally like the rice noodles. They have all the right condiments available.
It can get crowded especially on weekend evenings. But we’ll worth it.

So many of these negative reviews are so damn goofy (“Whhhy couldn’t I eat OUTSIDE??”, “I think my waitress was racist”) I sincerely hope no serious minded person gives them the time of day.
If you have an issue with flavor or whatever, that’s legitimate, but damn…some people really are just that insufferable.
The dishes are great (I personally like crunchy noodles with beef and hot broth, the vegetables in this dish are really spectacular, as well), the service was good during my half a dozen visits and that’s really it. If you like Vietnamese cuisine, you can’t go wrong here.

Grumpy, unfriendly waitstaff
We love the food at Love Pho in The Collection Annex and have continued to go there for years for the food despite the grumpy and unfriendly waitstaff. However, the most recent visit might have pushed us close to the edge of not returning due to the very rude attitude of the lady who showed us our table. Unfriendly waitstaff is typical for pho restaurants in LA and OC, but being actively rude takes more action and that might be too much to ignore even if the food is consistently good. Seriously, it doesn’t hurt to crack a smile at customers instead of looking sour all the time. 5 stars for food. Service has always been okay and despite unfriendliness they still get the job done and would normally be 4 stars overall, but knocked down to 2 stars for the recent rude attitude.

I came with my lil brother today since he loves ramen. He ordered the spicy ramen and he loved it, he recommends you get it without the meatballs and extra steak instead. I love the chicken pho, I always ask for extra lime and jalapeños. The staff is extremely nice and they have a nice spot to eat outside with umbrellas and even your dogs will enjoy the sun .

I was so hungry and feeling a bit worn out. Naturally I wanted pho. The portion was good but the broth was not robust and flavorful. The noodles were a nice texture. Had a passion fruit tea and I liked it. Probably won’t return for soup.

I ALWAYS have to get 2 orders of Spring Rolls lol ABSOLUTELY GREAT!! And their fried rice.. hands down, FRESH!! This is a place I ALWAYS consider eating at whenever in the Collection!! Prices are UNBEATABLE as well!

Really enjoyed their “Signature Pho”! It was pretty spicy for me, but I guess others don’t think so because they have siracha on the table.
The portion was huge and I really didn’t need to order the chicken wing appetizer, but the skin was crunchy and they were tasty!

Flavorless so bad I only got 7 oz of liquid seriously?! It’s this a joke ?! Spring rolls disgusting. white rice was the best part of this dinner .! If you guys close at 9pm don’t get me wrong it’s not my problem. until last minute you have to give good service and good food. I hope you guys can understand how important is for us as a costumers to get the same quality food until last minute.! I wish to whoever was working there to get the same mediocre food soon so you guys can feel how it feels.!
