My husband and I stopped by here on a Saturday. Had about a 10 minute wait before the waiter came to take our order, even though there was only one other couple there. The food came out pretty quickly and was decent but nothing amazing. The sauce for the dumplings was so hot, it was inedible, but the pho was good. I’d say the biggest issue we had was with the waiter just basically doing everything but his job. 2.5/5 I’d say.

Was craving beef pho and this place hits the spot! Was so good I went there twice in one week. Enjoyed both the rare beef and oxtail pho. Reasonably priced, quality delicious food with friendly and prompt service. Ordered takeout to bring home to the family and they enjoyed the tofu pho and chicken spring rolls.

We ate here today and it was the worst experience since coming here in October of 2024. The server was the sweetest but the food tasted so different. The broth tasted like MSG and canned broth. Before I used to taste the real Vietnamese broth – I am Vietnamese and just moved to Eagle Lake in October and loved coming here. Our spring rolls were incorrect and chef kept making our order wrong and then a veggie bowl was brought out??? It took over 30 min to get our food. Not sure if we will come back with our family and friends.

I do not recommend the beef brisket pho it’s very tough and fatty it’s like chewing gum . I spit out more brisket than what I was actually able to eat it’s not a very good cut of meat . I normally get the filet mignon I was listening to the person that answered the phone and asked how was the beef brisket he said it was good well he lied the meat is tough . I asked could I bring it back and switch it since it was recommended by an employee. Don’t waste your money on the beef brisket that’s $17 down the drain you will thank me later for saving you $17

this restaurant is in Eagle Lake Florida The owners came from Vietnam. The restaurant has been open for about two months. I have been to many Vietnamese restaurants in Orlando, New York and Tampa where are some of the broth have been less than memorable. however, the broth here was an exciting mixture of many different flavors. make your way to this new local restaurant you will not be disappointed

Real authentic Vietnamese food! Boba was really good, but I don’t think you need to add it to have it. I got the honeydew boba, and the tofu veggie pho. I got it to-go so it all came in separate containers! I had to put it in a different bowl because it had SO MUCH. I do wish they had different sizes but you get what you pay for, loved the tofu.

Today, we ordered takeout, and my girlfriend had the pho. She mentioned that the broth was bland and that the noodles tasted different—not in a good way. I ordered the grilled chicken with rice, and I was really disappointed. The rice was so hard it was practically inedible, and the chicken was extremely dry and lacked flavor. On top of that, the portion was noticeably smaller than usual—less rice, less chicken, and oddly, more salad—for the same price I normally pay.
We’ve always appreciated this place, but the recent changes in the kitchen are starting to affect our experience.

Just moved down from St. Augustine and was very surprised to see a Pho restaurant in Eagle Lake. OUTSTANDING!!! Everything was hot, fresh, and spicy! Great presentation! I am in love. This will be a lunch staple!!! Even got my family interested in trying it!
