Love Pho Boba is such a gem! The pho is rich, flavorful, and tastes like it was made with care and fresh ingredients. The broth is comforting and perfectly seasoned, and the portions are generous. Their boba drinks are just as amazing smooth, refreshing, and not overly sweet, with plenty of topping options.

The soup was nice and warm, and the food was smooth and really delicious. Our server was so friendly and made sure to check on us quickly, always making sure our water was refilled and our drinks or any other food requests were taken care of promptly.

Me and my wife ordered Pho’ to go and was unpleasantly surprised to see that we were missing the main toppings for our order. Of course nothing was done to rectify their mistake. I highly suggest you check your takeout order before leaving.

Nice lil hidden gem we found next to Legoland. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. A lil miscommunication with the waitress due to the language barrier. The atmosphere was clean, nothing fancy. We ordered the oxtail pho which was not as tender but still good. The combination and meat ball pho was rightfully seasoned. I recommend the combination pad thai and fried rice which was really delicious. The smoothies are made of powdered material and milky taste so it wasn’t as good. Besides that, we enjoyed the food there.

I’ve ordered here a couple of different times living in winter Haven and while the food is good the service is hit or miss if you’re not dining in.
This is the second time I’ve ordered and only half my order is actually in the bag and I have to remind them there’s another part of my order.
And most recently today I ordered their pad Thai (that’s what was missing today’s order) so calls when I got home and was told give them 5-10 minutes to remake and we could pickup. I sent my husband and he was told when he arrived it was refunded they were out…..that would’ve been nice to know however when I called.
It’s a headache honestly and the other location in Eagle lake I have the same issues with so use this review as needed.

Told the waitress the tables were dirty, she blew the tables and got her germs all over the tables. The jars that contain the sauces had gunk and dried sauce built up. Floors haven’t been mopped in days. Dead bugs in corners. Pho was cold and lacked meat. Had a few slivers of meat and maybe half a handful of noodles!
Owner owns the nail salon next door and basically made the excuse that the waitress is 17 and didn’t know any better about cleaning tables.
So basically the waitress was given a job at 17 with no formal experience and no job training.

Nightmare of an experience. Ordered two Pho’s, a chicken lo-mien, and a smoothie.
My pho was cold, the broth was flavorless but there was a decent amount of meat. The lo-mien wasn’t eaten, it didn’t taste right either. The smoothie never came. Drinks were never refilled. When I asked about kid beverages the server looked at me blankly and didn’t speak. There were only four parties present with two in each party. One of the servers just stood behind the counter the entire time, and the cook came out from the back and was taking orders, cleaning tables and would bring out food. For $60 it was just not worth it at all. Don’t recommend wasting your time at this “restaurant”.

The food is amazing, but the service is absolutely terrible!! We’ve been three times, and every visit has been the same issue. The waiter consistently forgets our drinks, our food comes out before we ever receive them, and we’ve had to walk up to the register to remind him. He never checks on the table, and you can clearly see other customers getting frustrated by how slow the service is. It’s really disappointing because this place has so much potential, but after three chances, we won’t be back. The food alone could make this place a favorite, but one consistently poor service experience especially from the same waiter every single time is enough to ruin it. Great food can only carry a place so far when the service is constantly this bad.
