If you’re in the vicinity of Millinocket and in the mood for a meaty, savory meal, I highly recommend you go see Adam! My buddy and I were rolling through on a roadtrip and decided to stop at Love Meat Tender for lunch. I’m sure glad we did.
This guy is doing the details right. I got The Steak Bomb, which features a generous heap of tender flank steak loaded up with sauteed veggies and melted mozarella. The whole juicy flavor bomb is nicely mixed and stuffed into a fresh, soft roll. It’s a thoughtfully put together sandwich, and the flavor of the meat is simply outstanding. Keep on rockin’, Adam!

One of the best steak sandwiches I’ve had. Hickory smoked on site, fresh cut flank. Very reasonable prices for the quality. Surprisingly large menu for a food truck and it all sounded excellent. Owner seems like a good guy. I’ll be back for sure if work has me there.

Stopped by on my way up to Baxter state park for a weekend camping. I ordered the steak bomb and was happily convinced to get some fries along with it. The whole meal was incredible. The sandwich was juicy, flavorful, and made fresh right there. The fries were a treat too. I would strongly recommend stopping by for a bite, also enjoyed a chat with the super friendly chef. Great experience and kept me full for the whole first day of camping.
