Stopped by Love Grill while waiting for a flight out of Terminal B. The food was… fine. Nothing terrible, but definitely nothing memorable either. For the high prices, I expected a lot more in terms of flavor and quality. Everything tasted pretty bland and felt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp a bit too long. The customer service was impeccable, the young lady had helped answer our questions was very knowledgeable about the menu and polite.
I get that airport food is usually marked up, but this felt excessive for what you actually get. Service was quick and the place was clean, which is a plus, but overall it was just an average, forgettable meal. If you’re starving, it’ll do in a pinch but don’t expect anything special.

I had to leave a review because the serving staff was excellent the night I was here. They were very friendly, quick, and helpful. Airport prices are gonna airport price but the quesadilla I got was pretty huge. A decent stop during a longer than expected stay at the airport.

Stopped at Love Grill for something to eat and drink before our flight. The experience was great. Nomuel took very good care of us while we sat at the bar. His positive disposition was much appreciated.

Stopped at the bar on a layover. Good selection of beers, conversation with staff and other customers really friendly. Good choice of screens. Thought about eating there, looked across at the grills, changed my mind.

This place is extremely overpriced for what it offers and you tip before you even get food. The server only stopped by to drop off an appetizer and meal, you have to use a QR code to order, I had to ask for utensils, and I was given zero condiments. There should be zero tip here. Not just because they didn’t do anything, but because there is almost nothing for them to do, as it’s take out with a $10 tip. It’s just like waiting at fast food for your meal but they bring it 2 feet and you pay $10 for that. At least in fast food it’s easy to get utensils and condiments. The French fries are below fast food quality. The greens were good. Just keep walking and there’s a few other restaurants that offer a real dine in experience.

The only reason I gave this place 4 stars was due to it being located in the airport and there is a lot of traffic. The food was excellent. The scrambled eggs and sausage are a must and the pancakes were crispy on the edges IYKYK, light and tender on the inside.

The low star rating for this place is well-deserved. The coffee was cold, the food was burned, and the portions were far too small for the price. While the servers were friendly, the quality of the food was extremely disappointing. I ordered breakfast, thinking it would be hard to mess up—but I was proven wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

As someone who grew up in Philly and now lives in San Francisco, I’m used to high prices, but wow Love Grille really exceeded my expectations cost-wise.
They make a good salad, and serve Victory Brewing Company beer, but a salad and a pint aren’t worth $40.

This place sucks!! Very expensive, the food is as basic as it gets. The salmon came in a tiny sliver for $30. The servers are all over the place. I get that they’re running back and forth but they don’t check in. Paying for our meal was awkward; we needed to give them our card to be manually entered. All kinds of weirdness. The Philly cheesesteak was nothing to write home about, but it wasn’t pathetic like that tiny shred of salmon. Gave us a good laugh during a terrible airport experience.

The food was good but the people are so nice!!! I witnessed several acts of kindness from the workers, including helping an elderly man order (he was not even wanting to order from his phone) and also visiting with that man when he wanted to show the server pictures of his wife. The server was so patient and kind to him, acting like he was the most important thing in the moment. After having a stressful travel day, this warmed my heart. Thank you!
