This bakery owner is a hero to all retail and customer service workers and I hope day in and day out the people in her life appreciate her! She takes nothing lying down and is not afraid to demand the respect she deserves, standing up for herself and all those who work customer service and retail. Too often people walk on retail workers and this woman didn’t take it, showing the truth of the golden rule “treat others how you want to be treated”! Treat people with decency and get decency in return.
