Really good food and friendly service, well worth looking this wee place out. The fish curry was amazing, so much flavour and generous portion of perfectly cooked fish. The dosa was light and crispy and the sambar and chutneys were the perfect accompaniment to dip it in. Lovely staff too

The food was very good, we went twice there during our 3 day stay in Inverness. We ordered masala dosa, chutney dosa and the veg biryani was awesome.
The host there is very good, she is very welcoming and nice. Thanks to her for the hospitality.
A saviour place for veg people specifically of you are looking for Indian food.

The food was amazing. Family owned and operated. The family moved from London where they operated another Indian restaurant. They took that concept and made it even better. It’s very traditional and to style of this region. Would highly recommend. Don’t let the ally scare you off, I was following my google maps and thought maybe I had made a bad decision because it was off the beaten path. It turned out to be one my best meals in Scotland.

A very small place in a very narrow alley, marked by its bright orange exterior paint. There were a couple of groups waiting when we arrived but the staff were very efficient at getting waiting parties on to tables, so our wait wasn’t long. We ordered a mango lassi, vada, ullivada, masala dosa, chicken curry and the courgette entree with parotta. All food tasted great, except maybe the vada which was meh! The parotta was extremely flaky, the illuvada was so crispy. Would have loved to try again if we weren’t leaving the area the next morning.

We were looking for something to warm our tummies for the cold evening and found it in Love Dosa’s signature Fish Curry and basmati rice ❤️❤️ curry was a generous portion and nicely spiced with ginger bits! Service was also excellent from the moment we entered the cosy restaurant!

Amazing dosa place in the middle of Inverness. The location is in a small alleyway and the restaurant itself is quite small. But the food is delicious.
We got the masala dosa and chutney dosa – both were tasty. Sambar was good as well. Chutney needs some improvement.
Mendu Vada was tasty. Veg biryani was also quite good.
All in all – love dosa!

It’s an amazing place to visit, especially if you are craving for an authentic Indian food. I ordered a chicken Biriyani coz that’s what my tummy needed at that moment and I don’t regret my decision at all. Just a quick suggestion: if you want your food to be a bit more spicy, ask the staff, they are very lovely and will be able to help you with it.
Very good experience in all…
Also if you read this, and decide to go there, say hi to them from my side.
Enjoy 🙂

My girlfriend and I had a delicious meal here. The food was perfectly cooked and full of flavour! The staff were very attentive. The only slight downside is that the restaurant is a little cold. There are heaters but it does seem like a difficult space to heat. Apart from that, the food is not to be missed!
