Wow! What an amazing bakery! Lou and her staff are so friendly and the food is absolutely delicious! We had biscuits and gravy, the loaded avocado toast, and cinnamon coffee cake, and of course sourdough bread! Everything was top notch!! And Lou was so kind to throw in a surprise in our bag that we didn’t see until we got home. Thank you!! Make a stop at this bakery, you won’t regret it!

I’ve had the sourdough bread options before, which are of course amazing. Yesterday I finally went in for my breakfast (or lunch, however you want to look at it).
I got the lox, made on Lou’s Loafs bagels! I don’t usually get lox with capers since they’re pretty salty for me personally, but I wanted the full experience trying it somewhere new. I must have needed the electrolytes because before I knew it half my lox was devoured! I think the sliced cucumber was a great touch, and everything was very well balanced.
The portions were so generous I had to stop there. Except 20 minutes later I couldn’t help it and ate the rest

Everything I’ve tried here has been excellent. The rotating menu is a huge plus, and I’m a sucker for the fruit tarts!
The staff are so kind. You can tell they really take pride in their work and want to do good in the community. The first time I went in, they even greeted some patrons by name. That’s just good service there!

I got just a side of scrambled eggs the first time, second time a breakfast burrito(no bacon, instead sourcream – vegetarian). One of the best breakfast burritos I’ve had in a long time.
Although I am a tater tot lover in my burritos, the regular potatos are still very good. 5/5.

Lou’s is a gem. The staff is lovely & welcoming. We’ve only tried it for breakfast but honestly THE best Avocado toast ever. I’m as big a sourdough snob as you will find and I was impressed by the smell, taste, texture and most importantly that elusive sourdough tang. I’d selfishly love to keep all Lou’s yummy goodness a secret, but it has to be shared with the world.

This was my first Lou’s experience. I love supporting businesses where the owner is present. I think it speaks volumes about character and commitment. Lou and staff exceeded all expectations. I left with a fresh loaf of Sour Dough, an incredible Cuban sandwich and an SD start of my own. Friendly people that put goodness in to the world. I will definitely be back.
