I stopped by the new Pizza King in my neighborhood today and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Meat Buster pizza and a 10-piece bone-in wings. The pizza had a thin, crispy crust and tasted delicious, and the wings were really good too. The price was fair for the quality. Customer service was decent—the staff member who helped me was attentive and polite. Overall, a great first visit, and I’ll definitely be back. Limited seating.

A friend treated us to the new Pizza King 3. Really outstanding! I am a bit of a snob about crust, but this was seriously good. Prices and service were great. I am really happy to see this on Oak Street. It think it’s going to be a great addition to Old Louisville! Their menu is extensive, with many non-pizza items to choose from as well, such as wings and mozzarella sticks. Definitely go check them out!

I used DoorDash to order pick up 40 minutes ahead form a here and when I arrived at noon, they had the “open” sign off and informed me that they had not even started on my order. There was a random chair in the middle of the floor that looked like someone had been sleeping here and like saw dust or something all over the floors. I asked them to cancel my order, they told me I had to do it myself and DoorDash pretty much told me they would not refund me anything due to the order cancelation since the store was already preparing it. Mind you they just told me they hadn’t started preparing ANYTHING. And they pretty much refused to give me my money back after canceling my order on their end without my permission.

My boyfriend and I ordered pizza, salad and drinks from here and never received them. It said they were open and we were not aware until afterwards. The customer support was rude and unprofessional, but we got our money back after the hassle we went through.

They just opened that why I gave a 3 star on atmosphere. I got Italian sub and wings really good. Only thing I would really have an issue with is the loitering outside of the restaurant. Again they just opened, I can’t wait to try the pizza. Very friendly staff too
