We visit this restaurant every time we come to New Orleans! The food is exceptional (they have the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever tasted!). The service is always friendly and fast. The atmosphere is fun with a very cool vibe. We love it! I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Our first time in NOLA, these Hoosier tourists have been impressed with the friendliness of the restaurants we have visited. This location – South Carrollton Avenue – did not disappoint. Greeted at the door and seated right away in the delightful dining room, we noticed almost immediately all the art that was for sale on the walls. New to this concept, we thought the place had outstanding decor – it does – but nearly all of it is for sale from local artists.

We also experienced something quite novel – pun intended – with the entrance lined with bookshelves full of used books for sale from a local library. A fun addition, we walked away with two Clive Cussler novels – we are hopeless addicts to the adventure genre.

Now – about the pizza: stone-fired, tasty, and delivered to the table quickly. The ingredients were fresh, the sauce was great – just enough zang to make it fun – and the portions spot on. Our family of four ate two pizzas with one whole piece (LOL) left over for a midnight snack back at the hotel.

The staff were friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable about both the restaurant and the local scene. They answered our questions and made us feel at home.

All in all, we loved the place!

Don’t listen to LA “Nolababy”. Her review is stupid. I visit from San Antonio often and I love it here. The food is so tasty and hot. The pizza is incredible and the lasagna is fantastic. I get the exact same thing everytime I visit New Orleans. Pepperoni and mushroom pizza, meat lasagna and a small Caesars salad, which is also amazing!! It’s

This was a great meal. They were able to accommodate my group of 15. Pizzas are on the smaller side, so had to order a few of them. Delicious, well-prepared food. Good service.

Update! I decided to give lpk . Another chance. Omg it was horrible. My shrimp scampi. Was horrible it had artichoke and tomatoes in it. And was tasteless. The Bruschetta. Was also tasteless and had tomatoes in it. Apparently, they think putting tomatoes in everything will make it taste better! I will NEVER eat at louisiana Pizza Kitchen again.

The waitress was awesome , the food was subpar. My Bruschetta was burnt, the marinara sauce was tasteless. The pizza was the worst I have ever eaten! I’m very disappointed… the best fish was my pecan and goat cheese salad

The pizza here is on the smaller “personal size” scale and they use mostly fresh ingredients. Overall the pizza is okay, tries a bit too hard and could do with a bit more regular gooey cheesey styles.
The apps/salads are pretty weak, the calamari app may be the worst and smallest version I’ve had in the city. I’ve eaten here twice now and would eat again though I think other options locally are a bit better

My two picky kids absolutely loved the pizza. They’re like pizza snobs, and made me write this review before we even left the parking lot. The server was so amazing. Making sure to mention they are super accommodating to food allergies when I ordered a gluten free pizza.
My son also wanted me to mention how clean the bathroom was.

We had a solid meal for the most part. I really enjoyed the pizzas (Greek and Sausage). My son had the lasagna and the calamari was good too. My youngest son had the pulled pork sandwich and it wasn’t great. But everything else was good.
