I had the four piece chicken and it came with fries but no biscuit. Actually got a fifth piece in my meal so no complaints. The chicken was so juicy, seasoned perfect and absolutely delicious. The side of potato salad was amazing. Some of the best chicken and potato salad I’ve ever had. The fries were good but nothing special about them. If I ever work in the area again I would visit again. No tables inside so orders are takeout only.

Parking was very easy in their lot. I walked in and ordered at the counter. He said 10 minutes and my order was ready on time. I drove home because it is takeout only. The food was still hot when I sat down. I was very impressed that I asked him to leave off the fries on my fish and shrimp combo and he offered me another side. The fish and shrimp were perfectly fried and quite fresh. I added the hot sauce to the tartar sauce and loved every bite. They even removed the tails from the shrimp. Very generous portion of the slaw too. I also ordered the gumbo. I got the large and it was enormous. It’s packed with chicken, shrimp, celery, bell pepper and onion. Everything was properly cooked and fresh but the broth was not swampy enough for me. It was very good but after a few bites I was running out of room and finished the fried fish and shrimp. I will work on the gumbo later. They are very generous with their portions. The gumbo also comes with rice on the side. I also got a soft drink and a dinner roll. I really enjoyed this meal a lot. It’s well worth checking it out.

Just went in for the first time yesterday. As part of my order totaling $34.35, was a large order of fried rice with both shrimp and chicken in it, which by itself cost $14.25. It was disgusting. The “chicken” was shreds of meat that was so salty it was inedible, and it was so hard and chewy, making me wonder is it recycled scraps from their other food that they just didn’t want to go to waste.
The shrimp in it was salty too, not as much as the chicken, but it and the rice’s flavoring were just “off”, and just basically didn’t taste like
fried rice. Ironically, I saw another Google review on here from 2 years ago, wondering if the fried rice was the boxed rice Zataran’s. And this patron like me was also made to feel like they were an annoyance.
One of the guys gave me a dirty look, I guess because he felt I was taking too long to order, rather than appreciating my business. The other guy though, was kind, friendly, patient, and had great customer service. The rest of my order was just okay.
And my 10 piece chicken nuggets for $7.99 was the level of Burger King for way less money. Btw, I threw the rice in the trash. I doubt I’ll return for a second chance because if you’re Asian and can’t get fried rice right, then what else can’t you get right?Last but not least, I would have never left this review had they not refused to answer the phone when I called to tell them this privately and personally, which I honestly wanted to do.

$7.10 for large Thai tea is insulting. … I can’t wait for the recession to hit. Inglewood born and raised 30+ years. I’ve been coming to this spot since before they had those fancy tvs. (Starting to understand with their pricing how this is possible now)…
If it’s the original owners, they forgot their way and are disrespecting a community that has taken care of them ….with these prices….
This is just wrong…. Thai tea should be no more than 5$ …tea is the cheapest thing to make …and the markup of 500% is unethical in any business.

The chicken, fries, dirty rice and rolls are VERY good. That is all I had from there so far. The food is fresh and it has to be because they stay busy with customers. The prices are pretty good also. This is my new spot.

Delicious fried chicken! Crispy and juicy at the same time. The fries were pretty good too. A little bit salty overall since I came out with that dry/sensitive feeling in my mouth, but heck if I wanted healthy food I wouldn’t have had fried chicken to begin with. The 2 service ladies were really friendly and freaking hilarious at times. Give this place a try if you haven’t.

I ordered the fried red snapper combo and my granddaughter a chicken tender combo. The fish was old, the fries were good. The roll was hard. However, my granddaughter stated that her chicken tender combo was good. I would suggest that they put more care into ensuring the fish is fresh, or at least not days old.
