I picked up a family meal for $33 yesterday. The shrimp and fish fry was great. They fried fresh chicken infront of But.. this hot freshly fried chicken was smellng really bad inside. The smell is like the chicken was not preserved properly in the refrigerator in the right temperature. Its like partially rotten chicken was deep fried. The chicken was halal. Will never go there. They don’t have cole slaw, mash potatoes most of the sides. Just close the business if you cannot run it.

The drive-thru was spotless tonight, and I’m really impressed with the updates you’ve made to the building. The new packaging for the chicken is a big improvement too — it keeps everything hotter and makes the whole experience better.
As always, the chicken tenders were on point: super hot, full of flavor, and honestly some of the best value you can get. At most places I have to order a large meal just to feel satisfied, but here three tenders are more than enough because they’re massive.
Huge shoutout to the manager on shift tonight — extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely open to customer feedback. I did wait a few extra minutes for my order, but it was absolutely worth it because the food is always fresh.
Louisiana Chicken continues to deliver every time.

I was skeptical after reading some mixed reviews, but I’m so glad I gave this place a shot. The chicken tenders are huge, juicy, and packed with flavor—easily one of the best deals for the price. You really get a lot of bang for your buck here!
Service was solid, and while the drive-thru could be a little cleaner, it didn’t take away from the experience. Definitely worth checking out if you’re craving some great tenders without breaking the bank!

Louisiana Fried Chicken never disappoints! The food is always fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. I had a great experience at their Humble Location. When I noticed my order was missing two pieces after I reached home. I called the store and the staff was super polite and helpful. They immediately fixed the mistake the next day and replaced my entire order without any hassle. I really appreciate how quickly they handled it — great customer service and delicious chicken as always! And their Chicken is Halal!!! Definitely coming here again!!!

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. We ordered through Uber, and one of our meals was missing. The bag also had no napkins, straws, or condiments. I called the restaurant, and the employee who answered agreed that we could come pick up the missing meal.
However, when we arrived, she acted confused and called her manager to the window. The manager was extremely rude, did not apologize for the mistake, took the bag with the one meal we did receive, and began arguing with me instead of resolving the issue.
I’ve visited several other locations and have always received excellent customer service, but this was by far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I would strongly recommend choosing another location. As filthy as this establishment is on the inside I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down yet!

Whole exterior was filthy, from what I could see from the drive thru window the inside was matching, I waited almost 10min for my food just for it to taste and look like crap, something remade from a McDonald’s chicken patty.and it’s raw.

The food at most locations are delicious and I had 5 stars for drive thru experience but then I went in …. And OMG … 2 gentlemen behind the counter… nobody washing hands … on their phones… floors are thick with dirt and the mats too … nobody cleaning off the tables which were thick with food scum … and then I went to the women’s restroom if the front of house was that dirty for people to see I couldn’t imagine the kitchen which made me want to run away … fast

Chicken skin was crispy and well seasoned. Fish was the same, but the shrimp were as good as I’ve had anywhere. I without doubt will be here again

This is the WORSE…WORSE Louisiana Fried Chicken location.
I was in the area and decided to pick up a family meal. Boy did I regret my decision. I have been to 3 other spots with no issues whatsoever. Well this one totally dropped the ball. I had never scene a notice giving a set amount time to return the food but the had one. I now see why .
The chicken was most definitely cooked with the fish. Normally the chicken is fresh out of the grease. Not this case, you could see the corn meal on the chicken from the fish. The taste was off. What a waste of $28. If I was still in the area I would have most definitely returned. How do you mess up fried okra?

Dirty. They need to gut the place and do a deep clean. Chicken greasy and clam to be fresh. Baby they lied. Used way to much Seasme oil 0/10. You can smell it before you bite the fried chicken. Shrimp fried rice 1/10. Eat at your own risk.
