This is an amazing little cafe. The staff is extremely friendly and the chefs are fantastic. The food is excellent, music is good and not too loud. And the coffee is spot on. The potato casserole in the mini stock pot was the cherry on top! I will be coming back during every visit. I absolutely loved it✨

The place is cute. Salt and pepper shakers are adorable. Supporting a local business is always a great idea! Stopped in for a breakfast before church on Sunday. Music was loud and screechy, did not fit the mood/decor of the cute room. Food presentation was great. Biscuit was cold and dry, maybe day olds? Toasty bagel sandwich was not toasted. Mawma’s meal was a cross of mashed potatoes and hash brown casserole. Would have been a fine side dish, not a meal. Food seemed over priced. Coffee was fine. Wish it was served in a cute mug, not To-go paper cup. Though the hand drawn cup cozy was adorable. Maybe stop in for a different meal? Or just coffee and a pastry?

We were on our way to eat at Café Texan when we walked past Louis and Oleta’s and thought, We need to try this place someday. The wait at Café Texan ended up being way too long, so we headed back to Louis and Oleta’s, and wow, they did not disappoint!

The scramble skillet was incredible, especially with a bit of goat cheese, and the potato soup was rich, hearty, and full of flavor. The espresso brownie was so delicious and decadent that I had to save part of it for later.

Do yourself a favor and try this place. It’s definitely becoming a favorite spot for my husband and me, and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!

This has always been one of my favorite spots in town, but I just have to brag on them for the fantastic tea party they put together for my 30th birthday. We had a group of about 11 and they served us the most delicious sandwiches, scones, quiche, and pastries. The “high tea” service was reasonably priced as well! And they were very accommodating to provide us with any special tea requests. The atmosphere at L&O’s is always so cheerful and the staff are so kind!

The first time I came here I got the Mac and cheese and wanted to come back and try it again a couple months later, this time it was amazing. I got this amazing chicken salad sandwich with their soup and both were astoundingly amazing. As for my drink I got the “Dirty Doctor” which is also super good and a fun drink. Overall I loved my experience and service was great, 10/10.

I went here in person for brunch once and loved it, so I decided to order takeout for my family. My chicken sandwich was not good, the chicken was sliced up dry reheated bits with an odd flavor. My husband got the flatbread that had the same meat, and it didn’t have arugula or bacon that it was supposed to, and my kids fruit that came with their meals was just one orange cut up which isn’t a big deal on its own but in the bigger picture made it an underwhelming and disappointing lunch, especially in relation to the cost. I couldn’t even eat my sandwich. I’ll probably be back for coffee or maybe in person breakfast food because that was great the last time I came, but none of the lunch food we bought was good.

This place is like the inconspicuous gate to cozy heaven. The vibe is so soft and welcoming, the staff are kind and attentive, and the food/drinks are crafted by divine mechanism. I had NO idea they even existed and now Louise and Oleta’s will be my number 1 go to for coffee and sweet treats. Once upon a time I could say that I had never cried over a donut, but to say that now would make me a liar. Please, dear readers, heed my heartfelt plea and frequent this tiny nook of blush pink happiness caught between old town and Elysium.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Loved This Place!

If you’re in Huntsville, TX and looking for the perfect spot to relax, look no further! This coffee shop is sooo cozy—the kind of place where you instantly feel at home the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and beautifully put together, making it an ideal spot to read, study, or just unwind.

The coffee? Outstanding. Every cup tastes like it was made with care, and the flavors are rich, bold, and perfectly balanced. And let’s talk about the pastries—wow! They are fresh, delicious, and dangerously addictive. You can tell they’re made with high-quality ingredients and a lot of love.

Whether you’re a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and stop by. This place isn’t just a coffee shop—it’s a whole vibe. Highly recommended

I heard about this place through coworkers and followed them on Instagram. I’ve never actually been the to the cafe until today but have always ordered online. It is as beautiful as the food is great. I have had 5 different items on the menu and nothing has disappointed. The fruit is fresh nothing is ever under or overcooked. I think my favorite non coffee beverage so far is the Sunrise Lemonade. And lastly the chef was kind enough to take the sharp skewers out of pancake sticks for my children and cut them in small chunks instead. Over all it’s wonderful.
