AWESOME little diner in the Woodlawn Shopping Center. We went on Saturday morning and there was a little bit of a wait, but I ordered the cinnamon French toast. Lemme tell you! It’s an actual CINNAMON ROLL, flattened, dipped in batter, and fried. Best. French toast. Ever.

The food was abysmal no flavor at all. Mashed potatoes were a brick and the gravy tasted like ash. The waiter didn’t know if they had soup after asking if I wanted soup or salad. Salad was slimey and turning brown. I asked the waiter what dressing they had i got, “ranch and stuff”. Veggies were dry and bland. Philly cheese steak was worse then what you could microwave at home. Not even the French fries has any flavor.

The breakfast and the lunch menu are diverse and look impressive. I got the biscuits and gravy it was pretty good I would like to see some actual sausage in the gravy or some chorizo. My son got the burrito with the green chili on it. I’ll definitely be back again and I would recommend anybody that enjoyed some good comfort foods, pop your head in here.

Been here 1 time and attempted a 2nd but remembered quickly why we weren’t impressed the first time around and left. It’s the staff and their attitudes. BUT the food is decent and big portions, it’s a small affordable diner with no thrills if that’s what you’re looking for.

I’ve been a long time customer here at Louis’ Dinner but I’m done after today! I opened my lunch, put cholula on it and got ready to take a bite and noticed not one but two egg shells starting at me. Makes me wonder how many more are mixed in with my eggs. I’m so angry and hungry right now!!!! I will not be eating there again and will be spreading the word!
