I ordered The Broadway which came with a 6oz filet, grilled shrimp, red skin mashed potatoes, and broccoli. Everything was cooked to perfection. My dinner was perfectly paired with a fabulous Manhattan. I truly enjoyed the entire experience and will definitely return.
I ordered the New York strip, cooked to perfection, with sides of mac and cheese and mashed potatoes—both spot on. Started with a wedge salad that was crisp and flavorful. Enjoyed a dirty martini with dinner, which paired perfectly with the meal. Affogato for dessert.
Owner was sitting at the bar—nice person.
I’ve been here multiple times, and each visit delivers. Definitely will be back!
Drinks were made quickly and accurately.
This restaurant has 2 rooms – a nicely decorated, dimly lit, furnished room and the “back room” which has a VERY different feel to it – not as nice, a bit sterile.
Initially the service was a bit delayed to take our drink and apps order, but then the pace picked up a bit. You may have several servers helping out, not just 1 assigned.
The food was well-prepared. Enjoyed the lamb chop lolipops, shrimp cocktail and bacon steak. Everything tasted just OK, nothing phenomenal.
I had the burger with fried egg which was also good, not great. The bun got a little soggy initially and the fries were the same.
Did not have room for desert!
Overall, it’s a little pricey for the taste of the food and that back room ambience, but it’s slim pickings in Poconos sometimes for a steakhouse or Italian.
With out this issue i could it give a 5 starts.
Training is importante.
They also have a large private room that’s perfect for hosting big groups or events, which is a huge plus. The atmosphere feels upscale but still comfortable, and the service matched the quality of the food.
For a steakhouse of this caliber, the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality and portions. If you’re anywhere near the post office, this place is absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommended.
We were a party of 12, and not one person in our group truly enjoyed their meal. Considering the premium prices, we expected food that matched the cost — but that simply wasn’t the case. The salmon was overcooked and dry, the Chilean sea bass was noticeably undercooked, the steak was underwhelming, and the stuffed shrimp tasted frozen and of poor quality. Even the French onion soup, a fairly standard staple, missed the mark.
When we brought our concerns to the hostess — particularly about dishes that were barely touched, including the dry salmon and undercooked sea bass — we received only a brief apology and were told they had never received complaints about the food before. No adjustments were made to our $700+ bill, which was disappointing given the circumstances.
We understand we were dining in a resort area, but high-end pricing should come with high-end quality and service. Sadly, that was not our experience here.
