The service was good, and beer cold. No bar games there, TV, and a juke box that was pretty loud. All the people were pretty nice, the patrons were too (at least the one night we were there.)

I love Louie’s Place! The bartenders are always friendly and greet you with a smile! The locals are happy to strike up some friendly conversation! It’s just a quaint little hole in the wall that is a well-established part of Florence’s history!

Friendly neighborhood bar where you usually associate with regular customers. Is kept relatively clean prices have gone up which I don’t believe we’re warranted as other flight prices in town did not go up. I will not go in when certain bartenders are working as they tend to listen to every word you’re saying to whomever you’re talking to and then repeat it this is not cool. They do have pizza it’s good frozen pizza. If the bartender is too busy or not paying attention you get a burnt pizza. About a year ago I would have given this bar five stars. Things are changing and I don’t know why.

While visiting the Colorado Springs area, I did a search for Dive Bars and found this gem. We stopped in for a drink and all the people there were very friendly. So, if you are in the area, come in and check the place out. And they have free wifi.

Would not allow me to bring in my trained and licensed service dog. I even have my paperwork for proof of being an actually licensed as a service dog, not a therapy dog. Will never come back and will discourage others not to go in.

Louie’s Place is the proverbial “Cheers” Where everybody knows your name. It’s a very laid back venue with friendly patrons and staff. They serve Schwan’s frozen pizza and fresh popcorn, a variety of bagged chips are also available. Drink prices are very reasonable with Happy Hour from 4pm-7pm 7 days a week.
