Louie’s is a great dining experience! Everything from the regular menu I’ve ever tried has been delicious. Their Friday dinner experience is awesome, too! Huge portions of delicious, made from scratch Italian food and bring your own wine or beer? Sign me up!

I went to Louie’s a few months ago and Louie was there. He fixed a great cheeseburger. My wife and I went back on Aug. 4 and ordered the Philly Cheese. Louie was not there and the sandwich was the worst Philly Cheese I have ever eaten. There was practically no meat or cheese on it and for a sandwich that came with nothing else for around $10 it was pitiful. We won’t be going back.

Absolutely great food! Probably one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had…… however, the service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I love this place so much, but they will no longer get my business. Everytime I called in a order, its either no answer, or get put on hold for 10 minutes until they forget about you. Then, you get to hear 4 people order before you can. The employee said, ” well these people have been waiting.” Little does she know, I heard every order. Waiting about 5 minutes with no orders taking place.
Btw, before I was put on hold, I asked the wait time for pizza (20 minutes). After the 4 orders placed, 10 minute hold, and being hung up on, I called back just to see the wait time. It was then 35 minutes. I would only recommend this place if you’re dining in, however, theyll no longer receive my business.

That was my previous review. They closed down for a while to hire a new staff due to the customer service. Since then, food is still phenomenal, and now the customer service is too! I recommend this to ANYONE who has had issues with the service in the past, please give them another shot, they won’t let you down!

Who woulda thunk it??? Super good cheesesteaks in Odenville AL. They got great pizza too. The staff is always nice . I eat here every time im up this way. Good job Louie, give urself a raise!!!!

Food is great. Some of the best sandwiches I’ve had. But getting them to answer the phone for a call in order could take 10 tries or more. I’ve been told it was because they were busy but when I got there they only had three customers. Has happened on multiple occasions.

This place awesome with the new additional space they added. The cheese steak is authentic to real Philly cheese steak. I had the California cheese steak at the cheese cake factory and Louie’s blows them away.

I love the food here but the employees are some of the rudest I have ever encountered. Today I went to get lunch and there was a sign on the door that said, until we can find employees who value our customers as much as we do, we will be closed until further notice. Thank you Louie for not accepting bad behavior from the former rude employees. I will look forward to new employees !!!

Louie’s is one of my go to places for the cheese steaks, the hoagies, the pizza, and of course the pickles.
I’ve never had anything bad there but a few of my favorites are; the Wiz-Wit, an authentic Philly Cheese Steak with grilled onions, the Luigi, a hoagiesub sandwich featuring thinly sliced Prosciutto and Genoa Salami, provolone, and roasted peppers, You can’t go wrong with the pizza because the crust is perfectly cooked, the sauce is flavorful and the layer of cheese and toppings are generous, it’s the only pizza I crave now.
Now that they have two locations, the original in Odenville, AL and second in Rainbow City, AL I’m sure they’ve become more convenient for some but I kid you not, even if you’re an hour or more away I highly recommend making the drive to the closest location and giving them a try. Remember to take some of the pickles home with you too….when you run out it’ll give you an excuse to “go back for more”. If you’re in a hurry, I would recommend calling ahead as they often get very busy, especially during peak hours.
