Amazing!! Love to support a local veteran owned business. The cherry & strawberry Italian ice was excellent and the gelato WAS TO DIE FOR !! We got the pistachio and chocolate mix. Will be back ASAP! Can’t wait for summer to get here, I’ll be here every weekend!

Today, we had the pleasure of visiting Louie’s Italian Ice, a new Italian ice shop located in Florissant, MO. Upon entering, the owner was attending to another customer, who was sampling various flavors. The owner was very patient and answered all of their questions. It was then our turn to experience the delightful flavors of Louie’s Italian Ice. My daughter inquired about the availability of lemon, as it was depicted on the wall but not listed on the menu. The server clarified that lemon is indeed a flavor option. Our family opted for lemon, green apple, and chocolate Italian ice. I typically do not prefer chocolate, but the chocolate Italian ice was quite satisfying. The green apple flavor was somewhat lacking in intensity for my taste, but still enjoyable. The lemon flavor was perfectly balanced, neither too tart nor too sweet. We selected the 4oz size, which was ideal and particularly refreshing. It was $4 for each so I think it was fairly priced. As mentioned above this is a new shop that just opened so right now it’s just straight forward. They do have an area to sit down and enjoy your desserts. I can see them adding music and pictures to add some more spunk and character to the spot. Overall, we had a great experience and will be back.

Ok, this establishment sells pretty decent Italian ice! I went in today for the first time and tried the strawberry and apple. It was a nice contrast of flavors, apple was sour apple, perfect! Smooth and delightful. Strawberry was sweet, not over powering, just as delightful and smooth as the apple. It was the perfect treat for a hot scorching day. The guy who served me was nice and friendly…I plan to return to try that grape, it must be a hit because it was nearly out but I’d love to try banana, root beer and Pina colada as well. Go give it a try! Won’t disappoint

I’m originally from NY Italian ices shops are a dime a dozen there. I haven’t had a proper “east coast Italian ice” in over a year and THIS PLACE HITS IT!!!! If you have never had an Italian ice or looking for a true east coast Italian water ice don’t hesitate! JUST STOP AND ENJOY!!

This was my first time trying Louie’s.
We met the owner and he was super nice and personable. He explained his menu and answered every question we had. His picture wall menu for the kids was super neat and a great idea for the littles. The prices were great for what you get. I’m excited to try the spritzers when they become available!

Seen this place driving by and had to stop in! Very friendly staff and the italian ice is pretty good! Not to mention very decent prices. My only critique is that the blue raspberry could be a tad more pungent but nonetheless its still good! I will be back ☺️

Louie’s Italian Ice is going to be my GO TO spot for a refreshing dessert for the summer. Louie’s serves Italian Spritzer’s, Italian Ice, and Gelato. I’m personally a huge fan of gelato so that’s the dessert I chose. The Gelato flavors range from Cherry, Banana, Mango, etc. I went with two scoops: Pistachio and Vanilla and it was so tasty and affordable!
The store itself was bright, clean, and perfect for a quick together with friends, family, a date, or solo. There’s plenty of parking in case you want to host a birthday party, fundraiser, or group outing.
