Located at the rear of Suncoast Suites, Louie’s at Palm House delivers fantastic food, a great vibe, and an unbeatable atmosphere under the lights and stars.
Food Highlights:
• Straight Bangin’ Chicken Wings – Crispy, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. The side of hot sauce added a nice kick, making them a must-try.
• Truffle Parmesan Fries – Light, crispy, and generously topped with Parmesan and truffle seasoning. The truffle garlic aioli was a perfect complement.
• Smash Burger – A simple yet flavorful burger with juicy smash patties, melted American cheese, and a soft bun. Comfort food done right!

Don’t eat here! Horrible service. Average food but high prices given the sandwiches come with no sides. My husband’s sandwich was delivered 45 minutes after mine. I was asked for my credit card to pay and then wasn’t shown the bill. On demand, I finally got to see my bill after my card was charged. They charged me 22% tip and gave me no compensation for the delivery issues. I tried to complain to management but no response.

Tried to go here for dinner since we were staying nearby. The front desk lady told us that since we weren’t staying in that building we couldn’t eat there and that was the rule for every condo complex in the area and if we were hungry we could go to the market. (Part of that was a lie. We ended up at another restaurant without any issue. We asked and they had never heard of this supposed policy.) My main issue is that I had looked over the restaurant options nearby online before we left and never saw that policy listed anywhere. So if that’s the case they post it to avoid wasting everyone’s time.

Nothing was available on the menu except a burger or wings, no drinks. Saturday night. No fries. Nothing. Over $120 for 5 burgers with only cheese and sauce, nothing else. Ridiculous.

I‘m reluctant to share this review as the place is not that known and overcrowded yet. It’s hands down the best smash burger and best empanadas that I have ever had. The atmosphere is special. It’s very unlike all the other Miami Beach places. Feels like a laid back, ultra casual carribean beach hut. Will definitely be back.

Louie’s is a hidden gem in the Seacoast Suites apartments in Miami Beach. I have vacationed in Miami and Miami Beach for years and eaten the Cubano Sandwich in dozens of Cuban restaurants including little Havana. Nothing even comes close to Louie’s.
