The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and stylish decor, with great food and good service overall. I enjoyed the experience — the menu offers a nice mix of flavors, and the staff was attentive.
However, I did notice something that could be improved. It seemed like guests of different backgrounds were seated in separate areas, especially Black guests often placed toward the back. I’m sure it wasn’t intentional, but it’s something worth being more mindful of. Everyone should feel equally welcomed, no matter where they’re seated.
Otherwise, Louie Louie is a lovely spot and I’d recommend it for a nice meal or social night out

Service was solid and the atmosphere was nice, but unfortunately the food was a major issue. The fries were cold and I got food poisoning after eating the burger. I could tell something was off and only ate about half. My friend ordered the same burger and also felt unwell.
I reached out to the restaurant to make them aware, but the only response was that they would “make a note” and inform the kitchen.
For a restaurant at this price point, that level of food quality and lack of accountability is unacceptable. With prices being what they are right now, I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere.
We ordered water, cappuccino, espresso, and soda for our drinks. The cappuccino and bottle water came out quick, but the espresso took a while to come out. For the appetizers, we ordered soup du jour and seared scallops. Both were very good, the cream sauce on the seared scallops and cauliflower was fantastic. For our entries, we had the 8oz Burger (You can pass on this one) it looked good, but not what I would expect from a place like this it tasted like a cheap frozen burger patty. We also hat the verlasso salmon it was pretty good. The pasta and sauce tasted just like the sauce on the seared scallops.
