Highly recommend. Fresh ingredients, fresh approach to fast food restaurant. Just had Louie Angelo’s for the second time. The pizza is amazing. My entire family loves it! Italian fast food that’s good! Yes, that’s what you get here. I recommend this place. This place has great pizza, great pasta, and great sandwiches. Plus, friendly people working there and good vibes in the dining room. A new favorite! Dine-In, Delivery, Carry-Out, Catering

I went there for lunch. Only one other couple was there. I had been wanting to try it since it is nearby. My daughter shared the fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken. For $18.99 I found it very expensive. The pasta was ok but not hot. At Olive Garden at least they give you a choice of soup or salad and more breadsticks! Since we were sharing the plate we only got 1/2 breadstick and nothing else.

When I moved to the area six years ago I received a coupon from Louis Angelo’s. I never got around to using it though I live nearby and am often near there. So, when a friend said she wanted pizza, I checked the reviews and they’re good, so we thought we’d try it.

What a disappointment! The service was poor (the two young girls working behind the counter were reasonably pleasant but largely ineffectual and left a couple of tables uncleared for at least 30 minutes), the utensils in the self-serve area were either unavailable or dirty, and (to add insult to injury) I was charged $2.50 for a glass of water (assumedly to cover the cost of washing the plastic cup).

All of that might have been forgiven had the pizza been good, but it was marginal at best, with a mediocre crust, a bland, seemingly-canned sauce, chunks of frozen spinach, and flavorless cheese. It reminded my friend of something you’d get at Chuck E. Cheese; the kind of thing kids might enjoy.

As far as I could tell, the only mature person who was working there was a woman who appeared briefly in the prep area to the left of the back counter who I assume was responsible for breaking the block of frozen spinach into chunks and putting them on the pizza where they stuck up like little icebergs among the rest of the ingredients and got thoroughly singed.

I gather the staff was overwhelmed by lots of orders due to the snow that had descended on the area several hours before and which probably led people to order pizza instead of dining out; though there were a couple of large parties that apparently overwhelmed the kitchen. Sometimes things converge and strain resources. But I don’t think that explains the poor quality of the pizza.

On a positive note, I suppose it’s a good place to bring the kids and there must be enough satisfied customers to have kept them in business all these years. After all, someone is leaving the positive reviews that got me to try it, so I guess they like it.

Louis Angelo’s isn’t for me or my friend (who liked it even less than I did and who said she’s had frozen pizza that was better) but I wish them well and hope they take this review in the spirit in which it’s intended. The restaurant business ins’t easy and I don’t enjoy giving bad reviews but this was my experience at Louis Angelo’s.

You order at the counter and the food is brought to you. There are no physical menus so you will need to use the TV screens they have at the counter. The only physical menus they have are for catering. $70 seem expensive for 1 medium pizza, 2 pastas and 1 sprite

Absolutely delicious! I had the tomato tortellini soup with sausage and it was one of the best I’ve ever tasted—rich, flavorful, and perfectly comforting. I also tried the Italian beef with gravy and fries, and it was excellent, full of amazing flavor. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and very inviting. We’ve been here several times, and the food is always fresh and consistently great. Highly recommend!

My husband and AJ came in for meal, lived in the area a while and heard good things. Do not sleep on Louie Angelo’s, quick but delicious food! Pasta was fresh, sauce was good, everything we ordered was great. We will be back.

Ordered for the first and last time on door dash. All I have to say is learn how to package carry out food. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo. The Alfredo sauce was all over the inside of the paper bag which promptly burst open and spilled the entire plate of pasta all over the floor when I tried bringing it into my house that meal ended up in the garbage.

My mom and I came in earlier this week, the restaurant was pretty empty, but by the time we got our food there was a good amount of people. The food was great, my mom has the mushroom truffle ravioli and I had the vodka rigatoni. I’m partial to Maciano’s vodka sauce, so I was not too impressed with it. However, the atmosphere, friendliness of the staff, quality of food for price, speed and cleanliness makes up for it. I will definitely be back to try more from their menu!!

Food is really good, we ordered the vodka rigatoni, at the beginning was ok, but the problem was the sause was not well mixed, after mixed with the pasta, Wasa totally diff story. The mozarella stics are crunchy, really good, The “cream” tortellini is not a real cream, it’s more a soup than a cream, only few tortellinis, a loooooot for sausage and a little over salty side. The pasta Alfredo and lasagna were the preferred.

Mixed experience for our first lunch here.

Food was ok and served piping hot. My husband had the veggie panini, which was very tasty. I had a personal pizza, which was ok; generous amount of veggies.

BUT …

Arrived at 1:40 pm. Nobody behind the counter. After waiting 5 minutes, the couple behind us in line finally yelled into the kitchen area to get someone’s attention. A staff person eventually sauntered out.

I had to ask after 20 minutes to have a glass to get my own soft drink. Also self-serve for plates, utensils, napkins, etc.

Biggest issue is that two tables with dirty dishes from prior customers weren’t cleared in the 40 minutes we were here for lunch. Makes a customer wonder what else isn’t kept clean. There were only 2 other customers here together during this time, so no excuse for this.

Tuscan Bean & Sausage Soup was very good but needed a larger portion. Vodka Rigatoni was al-dente and delicious but breadstick on the harder side. Generous amount of sauce, which was nice. Will definitely be back another day to try some of the other good looking menu options.
