We ordered through DoorDash the deep dish Mike’s Hot Honey pizza, garlic bread and bruschetta. Maybe it’s because we got it delivered but the pizza was so greasy and tasted like it was made using spaghetti sauce instead of marinara. The garlic bread was made of dinner rolls cut in half and spread with garlic spread, they didn’t seem like they were toasted but again, it could have been because they were delivered. The bruschetta was good.

Everytime I order a deep dish pizza from this location over the past year or so it somehow gets worse. The first 4-5 years this location was open, the pizza was great and made how a Lou Malnati’s pizza should be. I’ve been eating Lou’s since I was a kid and when I lived in Chicago. Their deep dish at this location now seems to be thinner, undercooked and skimping on ingredients. Im 100% convinced they’ve had different cooks the past year or two who just aren’t making these pizza up to par the way a Lou’s deep dish pizza should be. The small sausage deep dish I got tonight was the sorriest looking, below average pizza I’ve ever order from Any Lou Malnati’s in the past 30 years in my life, in either Illinois or Arizona. I’ll be staying away from this location for a while which is a shame because it’s the closest one to me. Again, this location used to be great. It’s just not good anymore

I have to say that I was not as impressed with this pizza as I thought I would be. I’ve heard a lot of good things about Lou Malnati’s that I think I came in expecting a glorious pizza. It was not. It wasn’t bad by any means but it just didn’t live up to the hype. The bone out wings were no different than any other. I settled in on the deep dish but will probably try a thin crust next time. On the bright side, the staff was super friendly and very welcoming. You can never beat “service with a smile!” I’m keeping my hopes up for next time. Not giving up yet. Last note, this particular location is not a dine in restaurant, it is a satellite location that only offers pickup and delivery.

I have been ordering from this Glendale location for a few years and it’s been very inconsistent. We normally get thin crust and there are barely any ingredients. It’s always dry. Last time we ordered they burnt it. Staff should be retrained on how to make the food. The people upfront have been friendly so at least there is good customer service.

I’ve recently realized that I am allergic to gluten. So I am now on the search for a good gluten-free pizza. I have tried the regular pizza at Lou’s and opted to try their gluten-free version. Like the taste and texture was completely different and the cross was very waxy. I would not order again, but I might try the thin cross next time experience could be better.

10/11/25 around 6PM. Whoever is cooking there needs immediate disciplinary action. The Lou pizza was burnt today. The penne pasta was dry with no sauce on it. Just cheese and meat. The salad dressing used to be good and sweet now it’s bland. I spent over $100 today in the hopes to entertain tonight with a good meal. What a failure! This is my third chance given to you. A couple months ago I gave you all a second chance only to get two pizzas I ordered were dry bread with cheese and toppings. No sauce. Your brand is ruined to me. Never again will you see money from me. I won’t even order the frozen ones anymore which I used to often as gifts.

They have great deepdish and thin crust pizza here. This location is only for pickup i wish they could of have a sitdown location on the side of town. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. The big issue is the prices of these pizzas keep going up. I paid around 38$ for a large deepdish last time I was there. I will only eat here a few times a year now.
