This was the second time ordering a Lou Malnati’s deep dish from this specific location. (We’ve moved and this is now our closest place) I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and order once more but again the pizza was very disappointing. There is just no cheese on these pizzas. I even ordered “extra cheese” this time and paid over $40 for a pizza that was mostly bread and meat. Used to love ordering Lou’s but this location has had me turned off almost completely. Might consider ordering from a different location in the future but definitely not from this one.

I ordered a small deep dish. The pizza had a huge tomato on top that didn’t seem cooked. When I tried to call the location Broadview , the so call manager on duty wouldn’t even let me explain my concern. I don’t know how they expect stay in business with all pizza places around me in westchester. I only wanted warn him, they may need look at doing things fast. I was 1st order of day at 4pm. What the rush. Will be contacting the regional office to discuss further.

Ordered through the App. Bears are playing so I understand, they’re going to be busy. Wait time was acceptable for a thin crust, small deep dish, and some wings. Received our order and the wings were missing. We ran out and caught up with our driver. He looks to see if he missed it in the car. He doesn’t have it. He then starts to offer us items from other people’s orders. We were offered a salad, soda, and some else’s pizza. We told him no, that’s okay. He left. I called back and let the place know. They offered to replace the wings and give us a dessert for the trouble. That was a great gesture. The wings arrived, no dessert. Lol better luck next time I guess.

Pizza here is absolutely awful..had the deep dish and thin crust..doesn’t matter..chicago has standards higher than Nebraska..never had Nebraska pizza but I’m guessing this is what they would come up with..HOWEVER….the boneless wings and ..get this..the beef sandwich is flipping amazing…..lucky for me I had gift cards from Christmas so it didn’t cost anything…..my kids aren’t picky eaters and even they agreed, it’s hard to fudge up a pizza, but congrats, ya did it….whatever you guys spend on billboards maybe put to customers surveys….and PLEASE.LISTEN!!

First time trying this pizza and wings and all I have to say is I will be coming here very often. The pizza was very delicious and crispy. The wings were so juicy and saucy my new Favorite place. The gentleman that greeted me and my son was very Nice and polite. Overall 10, out of 10!

I have always gotten friendly staff and good food. The pan pizza is nice and buttery, but my favorite is still the regular thin crust. Just know it’s pricey for some.

We made an online order for 2 pizzas and 2.5 lbs of Lou’s wings. Boom, order goes through and my husband goes to pick it up. Instead of calling the number on the order to tell us they didn’t have Lou’s sauce, they decided to take it upon themselves to just made BBQ wings instead. Not only did my husband complain, but they did nothing for him. Almost a $90 order and they couldn’t even bother to call. Oh but they had a mild sauce that is supposedly a bit spicier than the Lou’s sauce. But yet they went with BBQ….
