Living out of town we love getting Lou’s when in visiting with family. Lou’s spinach deep dish and the Lou’s salad are perfect meals. Love having this takeout option and all the frozen pizzas to go as well.
As a note this is a take out / delivery location only. I didn’t see any seating like Lakeside.

Picked up today right before the Bears game. The place was packed with people waiting for their order but the staff was amazing. Super courteous and friendly. Kudos to them!

The pizza arrived 20 minutes late after I was the third stop. When I open the box, this is how the pizza looked. I called to complain about the pizza and asked to speak to a manager, but was informed that I would have to wait in an additional 20 minutes because the manager was busy working on “paperwork”. I will never order from this location again and recommend others do the same

Of course the pizza was great. Kind of shocked on the price of Lasagna. Ordered a medium sausage pizza and lasagna to go. $42.00 total. The piece of Lasagna was not big at all. $14.00 and some change,

Ordered a large pizza for take out. Got home and took a bite and the pizza was raw… I ordered well done. They messed up my salad, forgot the ranch. They told me to bring everything back, went back and gave me the same salad back. The pizza looked like a frozen pizza. The sauce tasted like water. Definitely not coming back.

I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce. I got cold spaghetti with little to no sauce and I spent so much time trying to break up the giant clumps of meat. No flavor either. This is an embarrassment to Lou’s.

We paid $44.00 for a cold and black hair encrusted large deep dish pizza. I’m 7mo pregnant and I wanted a nice cheesy deep dish. We live 10 mins away and my husband got there 10 mins after the pizza was supposed to be finished. It wasn’t “finished” and he waited. The pizza came out cold and with a bunch of nice black frizzy hair. My husband is bald and I have brown hair. Disgusting. Disappointed. Feeling ripped off.
