We typically order from the Northbrook location, but the order accidentally went to the Glenview location. The Northbrook location always has the most flavorful sauce and fresh tasting ingredients, and they use ample amounts. The pizzas we got from the Glenview location are the absolute worst pizzas I think we’ve ever gotten from anywhere. Barely any sauce, and it was so overdone it had dried to the top of the cheese. The pizzas were so beyond dry, and the cheese was chewy, it didn’t taste fresh. Almost zero flavor at all. And the overall lack of sauce and ingredients was disappointing. Everything was just so off putting. Even the thin crust cheese had practically no sauce. It was basically just bread and cheese. And not fresh tasting, either. I was so shocked at the difference in quality from one store to the other. We’ll stick to the Northbrook location going forward.

Ordered at 10.30am for a 6pm pickup, large deep dish sausage and a family Malnati’s salad. Got there at 5:55. Order wasn’t ready until 6:21. I understand it was the Bears Packers Sunday night game. A large number of customers walked and walked out with their pizza. No idea why my pizza was so late. And when they finally brought it out, no apology no sorry for having to wait so long. Just here’s your pizza. I also order a Malnati salad. What a disappointment. It used to come with lots of toppings, red onions, olives, meats, etc. This salad BARELY had any toppings. It was so disappointing. I won’t be ordering a salad again. The pizza was awesome. The salad and service was bad.

The Glenview store is clean and bright. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a big selection of fresh items. I ordered lasagna for a family gathering. Everyone loved it and were shocked it was from Lou’s. They even carried it out to my car since it was pipping hot. Great experience!

Pizza is great. Delivery issues with this location. I’m not that difficult to find. Drivers are having issues. Ordered evening of Nov 12, 2025. Driver did not call, did not use the lobby door buzzer, driver only texted, and left the pizza in the lobby, missing out on a $5 cash tip. I don’t text.
Had a lengthy conversation with the person taking my order, some how, my details didn’t make it into the app.

Hubby and I love this restaurant when we travel to Chicago. Well we chose a lil chain one we came across and ordered a deep dish and 3 frozen pizzas and a salad. We were very disappointed with the salad. The lettuce looked horrible with fresh veggies on top. I guess the saying is true. It’s not old til it’s sold. Ugh! Thanks Lou Malnati’s.

ordered at 9am for a 5pm delivery. delivery person text me that they were waiting for my order at 4:48pm. 5:15pm I got a cancellation notice that Lou’s couldn’t fulfill my order. I called they said the driver has it and the system wasn’t working. I got another text saying my order was back on while on the phone. Then 15 min later says it’s cancelled again. Delivery is through DoorDash so I text the driver.Then the driver at 5:40 says he finally got my order and will be there in 10min. 6:10 and nothing. Called to get my money back

The Chicago style pizza did not disappoint me at all!! We did a take out of 1 large The Lou’s customized it and added more veggies. It was extremely delicious!! We also got their veggie small pizza and added a few more veggies, it was yum!! I would definitely recommend this one!! Would love to go back and try other items on their menu!

This establishment has no idea how to manage orders. Be prepared to wait in a tiny room with 20+ people crammed inside for more than 30 minutes after your order is supposed to be ready. God knows how long it actually takes, that was when I threw in the towel. They also refuse to provide a receipt or proof when I politely asked to cancel my order.
