The staff are super welcoming, the food tastes fresh, and the atmosphere is very peaceful. It’s right on Broadway so I can stop by when I’m running errands, or just stop by for a quick bite. The staff are very efficient, friendly, and they really try to get to know you as you stop by more and more. Not to mention, their food always brings a smile to my face. Heavily recommend their maki rolls, beef dishes, and their dumplings.

My first time ordering and I was not disappointed! The reviews were/are accurate. I ordered take out Crab Rangoon and Pad Thai Noodles Chicken & Shrimp, some of the best ice had. Only wish I ordered the larger portion of crab rangoon. Can’t recommend enough.

I love this place! The food is always consistently delicious and fresh. I like to get takeout but the dining area is also a good time too. The dishes are served in nice plates when you dine in. The service is always friendly and personable as well. Lotus Express is definitely a gem of Sullivan square and Somerville!

Highly recommend. Nicest people ever. I showed up late, last minute before they were closing, they offered me a free drink and still even after almost closing everything up, decided to take the time to get me what I wanted. Also offered me a free drink for the road. Couldnt be any happier just meeting the people in here. Small business, but deserves a ton more love. Oc the food was delicious too. No complaints. next time u think chinese food, dont skip over the lotus. Also blessed me before I left. Amen. They earned my respect and they deserve your business. ( I dont ever write reviews) this should tell you something about these great people.
