Okay I’m an officer I work overnight and didn’t eat lunch because I was craving snow crabs. So I decided to order when they open at 11am. I called gave her my order and ask that the crabs be full. So I decided to go ahead and leave without checking the order. My bad never again. I hadn’t been to this location in a long time so I picked it over LA Crawfish. I had fixed all the sides I called and spoke with two managers all they could say is sorry said I could bring them back mind you I’m starving thank God I ordered a turkey neck which was pretty good. So $40 gone. I’m still hungry but I’m tired it’s my bedtime. Said they changed vendors but you charge the same price??? Not a good look. I would not recommend don’t scam people out of there hard earned money. I only have 4 stars because of the turkey neck. I asked for a discount and said the manager wasn’t in but they said they were managers.

I love lotus and order all the time. This was my first time coming to this location and I had a complaint. The service from Yazmeen , Fredia and the manager Hammy was AMAZING ! They were so sweet and make my experience 100% better. I love the food and the service. I would come back anytime because of the workers and the food.

I had the Louisiana fried rice with the fried lobster tail. Also had the cajun Alfredo bowl I gave it a 10…amazing taste. I share this place on all my social media platforms. Great food thank you guys.

We tried the fully loaded Loudpack and it did not disappoint. Food was crazy good, portions hit just right, and we were over there cleaning plates. Brandon, the manager, even came over to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. A1 service and fire food… we’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been here several times. Never had a problem with the food. It’s always good. Haven’t been here in a while and today I tried the seafood ramen. It was nasty, no flavor at all. Needs to just take it off the menu. Waste of $20. So disappointing

Went to the lotus food truck by the livin room. Wingswas on point. Got the gumbo flavor was good they gave me more rìce than gumbo. Gumbo is suppose to be soupy. Ease up on the rice please

I stopped by on 12/6/25 for grilled oysters, but was told this location does not do the grilled oysters. I was offered to try the fried oysters with fries. The fried oysters to me were over fried and not much of a taste. The area is small on the inside,meaning if tables are full with dine in or you want to dine in or waiting on a order you will have to stand.

The food was so bomb(good)! Omg! I had tried two different places, and they were very mid, but Lotus did what they were supposed to do! Tasty and fresh! They also had daiquiris, but it was really busy when I went to pick up my food!
