The pho was amazing the pork spring rolls, and fried rolls were so fresh & so flavorful.
They have now earned 4 new customers. The pho broth was truly so flavorful and fresh you can taste the onions & seasoning and the noodles were perfect. And the beef cooked perfect with the broth. We use to go to the pho place across the street And we never knew about this place. & let me just say it truly is 10x better it’s fresher and better flavor cleaner! Our server Kat was amazing with what we needed. Inside was clean & inviting. Highly recommended

This is one of the best spots on the far west side. It’s so delicious, I love the taste of the broth! You can tell they love what they do and whoever is cooking is so talented. I took my daughter for a mommy daughter date and she loved it. We enjoyed some pho & some egg rolls. Safe to say we will be coming here for as long as we can. also, if you’re ever feeling sick—- get pho, it will help you feel better!

Another Goodyear disappointing restaurant. Small pho portions. Skimpy pho meat and vegetables. The bean sprouts looked old and spoiled. The banh mi was the worst I ever had with thick old bread and very skimpy unseasoned fillings. My banh mi looked nothing like the photos in another review. My son took a bite and stepped out of the restaurant to spit it into a trash can. I feel like we threw away $60. Should have just stuck with going to King Eggroll where I always left happy.

Excellent service! We sent our son to pickup our takeout order at 8pm and while on the way, there was a fatal accident on I10 west and the freeway shut down. The boys from Lotus Pho waited 30 minutes of their own time after closing for us to pick up our takeout and placed additional sodas with our takeout free of charge. We are so thankful for their act of kindness. Excellent food as well. Thank you Lotus Pho!

Hands down the best beef sandwiches I had in a while. They were so tasty, and the meat was so tender. The pho was delicious. An honorable mention was the broth that was given with the chicken and white rice.

This was a wonderful find. We returned from a Disneyland trip and didn’t want to stop at yet another drive thru. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food that was brought out to us. We ordered egg fried rice and shrimp stir fry. This is not the typical dishes that you would expect. The chef did a fabulous job of making a subtle dish with a layer of spice which allowed the heat of peppers sit on the tongue enhancing the flavors, without over powering it. They also have a big selection of boba tea! Thank you for a wonderful meal.

My 2nd time in and it was such a lovely visit!! The new owners are nice and such great customer service. I went in at 8pm at night. Immediately came up to me offered me water. Told me about great food items which I have a few in mind for my next cheat day lol. Super clean!!!

Lotus Pho offers exceptional costumer service and delicious food. I ordered the brisket pho and thai milk tea, which I would rate 10/10. This place is great for a date night or for a quick source of protein after the gym, which is close to this location.

First time trying any kind of Pho, it was delicious and filling. The staff were very helpful with explaining the different types of entrées. We got a combination of items… Ribeye Pho, Chicken Pho, Fried pork and Rice, and Kids Fried Rice. Will be revisiting here again and sharing my experience with my family and friends. Yummm!

I’m always looking to try out new places, but from location to ordering to food and drinks, this place left much to be desired. The layout, decor and overall appearance of the restaurant seemed very commercial industrial warehouse. It didn’t have the sterility of a kitchen or the comfort of a restaurant.
The menu itself was a mess of price changes and adjustments. The staff was not very helpful or attentive. The food and drinks took a while to be ready and the taste was bland and effortless.
Personally I would not return and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
